Very picturesque, easy access to the viewing platform for the main falls. Great place to visit and explore the granite rock platforms.

Boonoo Boonoo Falls had quite a bit of water going over and down into the valley. The water hole was very full of cold water. Very picturesque. A rock wallaby came out to enjoy the view with us. Worth the drive from Tenterfield, including a trip down the road to Bald Rock on the same day. Picnic facilities and toilets... More

Loved camping here. It was freezing at night, even in December but it was lovely. If you're looking for something a bit out of the way , it's worth a trip. Quite accessible for a weekend away from Brisbane. Close to Bald Rock, which is a nice day trip involving some exercise. Not too far from Girraween, either- so you... More

It is a fairly long drive in over well maintained gravel roads, but the trip is worth it! Other users suggest this is a four wheel drive track which is grossly misleading; the road is well maintained gravel throughout. The falls are at the end of a bitumen clad, well graded walking track which might be suitable for a baby... More

Brilliant trails, easy to negotiate and follow to a small but accommodating viewing platform. Unfortunately the trail terminates near the top of the falls, a view from the bottom would be fantastic.

There is a long gravel road to get to the falls but it is well worth it. So refreshing to swim in the natural pools and to jump from the rocks. Amazing waterfall

The access road is unsealed but well graded and extremely well maintained - much better than other parks we have visited. We walked the 600m track to see the falls - but as others have reviewed, you can only really see a partial torrent to the left, and where the falls begin to the right. I think to truly appreciate... We visited the falls on our way back for Bald Rock and after experiencing the Rock we were pleased this walk was very short, 600m. There wasn't too much water so it wasn't as spectacular as others have seen; still was nice to visit.

Boonoo Boonoo Falls were magical the day we arrived....flowing with flourish due to the rain from the previous day ..... I managed easily enough using a walking stick , a few stops on the way back due to the rise ..but still made it .....also went down the alternate path to the Rock Pools, they would be a wonderful respite...
