We found this place by chance in a leaflet about Susses when we were staying for a few days. It was lovely to see the cats - it was very clean & none of the cats looked stressed or unhappy. There are three wings to view and then a shop and cafe. We had a really nice cup of coffee... More

Worked here for a week for work placement. Friendly people, and welcoming atmosphere. Similar to the B&B. Made the whole experience more amazing!

Visited on a bank holiday monday in May, found out about this place in a leaflet, and so pleased we visited! If you love cats you must take a trip here! It is free to visit, and you dont have to be adopting to wander around. There are three wings full of cats. All so well looked after! Very clean... More

Our daughter loves cats so we decided to go here for her benefit. It was great to see the work that the charity does to re-home the animals and the ability to look around the facilities for free is admirable. Unfortunately, it wasn't really the day out we were expecting. If you wish to only go and look at the... More

If you like, i mean love, cats then this is a nice detour trip. If you are looking to adopt then the centre presents the creme de la creme of cats for adoption (at least they look and act that way). I think these cats know how lucky they are so make sure you're up to the standard :)

We often meet up with friends and family in the café. They always have a great range of cakes and there's a variety of hot food dishes and sandwiches are made to order. We like to shop in the gift shop but the icing on the cake is visiting the gorgeous cats, who are lovingly looked after here while waiting... More

This is a lovely place to visit. Cat's Protection's National Cattery on site, a lovely café and visitor centre. Children will love it here! You can visit the cats and learn about them, take the nature trail through the beautiful National Park and then have a delicious lunch, or enjoy one of the many homemade cakes with a cuppa. It's... Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you find the location as delightful as we do, but are sorry to hear that you didn't have a positive experience when visiting. We did have to close our kitten homing wing as some of them became poorly, we would never intentionally home a... More

It does not matter whether you intend to visit this place merely to view the cats up for re-homing, or whether you go there with the specific intention of obtaining a cat, they welcome everyone and furthermore the attraction is free, although being a charity they would warmly welcome any donations. I've done both, so I know! All the staff... More
