Visited with 5 adults and 4 young kids. We all took advantage of the online discount getting tickets for the kids and wristbands for the adults. Being free entry was useful as one of our group doesn't like rides so didn't have to miss out. The rides suited all ages which was good and meant the kids had lots to... More

I went with my best friend and between us we had two 5 year olds and two 3 year olds. We were there from around 11am till 1pm. We found an offer online of 50 tickets for £15 so we started off with 100 tickets between us. Due to the age and height of our kids most of the rides... More

They use a ticket system to trick you into buying a large amount, that are really worth not much at all. You pay around £10 for 25 tickets and end up blowing them on 2 rides, and thats a special deal they had on. The rides are outdated and make for young children so not ideally planned out, and just... Set right on the sea front the Pleasure park sits well with the other attractions surrounding it. Pricing is a little high, but then most of these attractions are. Good range of rides etc for mix age ranges, so something for everyone. Perhaps the main downside was the amount of litter, plenty of waste bins around the park, but it... More

Survived over the years and whilst not full of the rides of the future it is modern enough with enough to keep kids of all ages busy for a couple of hours. If you visit South Shields you tend to come here; and can spend as little as you like with tokens bought for each ride.

Plenty of rides, amusements, ice cream parlours. Lots of fish and chip shops available. Pretty easy to get parked depending on when you go. Good day for the kids or a day trip - I like to take my God Daughter who is only 2 and there is something for all ages.

We visited the fair on a sunny afternoon, got reduced tickets £15 for 50 ride tickets, seems a bargain but when there is a family of 4 it works out about 2 rides each ! Lots of different rides , waltza rollor coaster miami surf. Rides varied from 6 tickets per person to 8 tickets per person per ride. Rides... More
