This is no high tech fair; quite basic rides, slot machines and candy floss. If the weather is good you will enjoy the rides but if it's a miserable day there are not that many distractions other than the arcade and the slot machines. I enjoy the music that accompanies some of the rides, bit if a nostalgia trip! A... More

Fab day out as always! Recommend wrist band for kids over 1.2 m tall if they like "big" rides as its. 5 hours unlimited rides. Pleanty for all ages food not too bad as far as fairgrounds go as tbh we don't want caviar and champers when having fun at the fair. Beach fab lots to do in and around... More

Has not changed in the 20 years I was last there - loud, tacky, rip off rides and amusements. What more could you ask for in an amusement park. Needs some new rides and a coat of paint

It's a decent little amusement park, the only one in the area after Metroland, Whitley Bay and Seaburn fairgrounds closed down. A decent mix of kiddie rides and white knuckle rides.
