First visit .. surprised how extensive the Park was, also, how well it seemed to be managed. Free Car Parks at each entrance, lead to Woodland and parkland walks in all direction. You can literally walk for miles without seeing a car or another person. Deer abound, although these must be respected at all times .. this is their home... More

A fabulous place to visit winter or summer. Great in the autumn. Pop in to the lodge for cakes and tea or Sunday breakfast or lunch. A great part of little old England

Very few world Capitals have free open spaces but London has loads and this has to be one of the best. great views and an abundance of wild life. the only thing that spoils it is the constant stream of racing cyclists, rude and definitely a dangerous to us oft forgotten pedestrians.

As a local cyclist, Richmond Park is a key location for riding the seven mile road circuit but this park also has so much more to offer. It's a great place to come and explore on a nice day (perhaps with picnic!). At its highest piont there are beautiful views of London, various walking paths and plently of deer to... More

Absolutely one of the best park I ever visit. It is crazy to see wild deers in a park so close to the city center. You are still in London but you think you are somewhere else in the world, in a beautiful wood. I do not reccomand approaching the deers cause they are wild animals and i don't know... More

A great place for long walks and picnics. If you are alert there is a lot of wildlife to observe, from Red and fallow deer to owls and falcons and stag beetles

An utterly magical place considering it is within the conurbation of London. There are lots of deer around and despite the crowds, there are always secret quiet places you can find to relax. Finding them is part of the charm of the park. Cars are limited to the road that circles the park near the outer boundary (plus one road... More
