I waa really worried after reading the bad reviews but I'd already paid for it so still felt I had to go. I'm so pleased that we did, the well light walk to the rein deer was enough to excite my 4 & 6 year olds. Then the little show the got them off their feet jogging to lapland -their... More

Overall not worth the money. Cheap craft for the kids to make, had to wait for over 45min to be seen by Father Christmas and show wasnt great. Need improvement. Won't come back next year.

A truly magical evening had by two little girls who have recently been very scared of Santa. Father Christmas was clearly very relaxed at Alice Holt and took time to really chat and win our girls over. Thank you for bringing the true spirit of Christmas alive X.

My kids enjoyed the experience but I felt it was not good value for money. The play was good but afterwards there was only one choice of craft activity which only lasted a few minutes. When the children were taken to see Santa, the elf opened the door to usher us out before we had finished. The reindeer looked very... More

Really disappointed! Over in less than an hour, I could have decorated my back garden better! Walk through woods lasted 3 minutes. Terrible play about going to Lapland. All disorganised! Santa was the best bit he was fantastic! Far too much money for what you got.

There have been a lot of really bad reviews about the Winter Woodland and possibly it wasn't so great the first weekend, but it is really lovely now particularly if you go just as it is getting dark. The magical walkway was really beautiful and the yurts and performers were great. The staff were really attentive while the kids did... More

My husband and I spent a lovely morning here today with our young grandson. We were met by a smiling elf who walked with us along an illuminated path past some reindeer to the yurt where we were met by another happy, smiling elf. We then watched a show and while waiting to see Father Christmas our grandson (well us... More

I am not saying that some people did not have a good experience but the organisers must of listened as we had a lovely couple of hours, it helps if its dark or a grey day as the lit walkway looks magical, free food to feed the reindeer and some lovely photo opportunities. It was freezing cold and very wet... More

Alice Holt Forest has always been a firm favourite. There is plenty of open spaces for the children to run around. There is an obstacle course in the trees for the kids to climb & follow. There are plenty of walks that take you through the forest - all very well sign posted, with lots of things to observe along... More

I visited Winter Wonderland with my 7 year old daughter and I thought it was magical and lovely. The Santa was great and didn't rush, took time to listen to my daughter and used her name which means a lot to a child. He even asked for the correct spelling! The craft was age appropriate and kept all the children... More
