Meet family for a lovely walk with kids. Easy trails to follow, with play activities to encourage kids to go further. Great for picnics and the cafe has good cake. Paths are good for bikes which you can hire on site. Excellent kids play areas. No entrance fee, pay for parking on exit.

Great place to walk and let the kids burn off some cabin fever. .. Can be super busy here but take your time to park and bring your own food as the cafe is very expensive! !

An up-to-date map and better way-marking would have helped at the Tilford end. Never mind - with the help of some helpful dog-walkers and better way-marking once we approached Farnham, we managed a lovely walk. Felt almost Germanic!

Alice Holt is great for walking, running, cycling and dog walking. it is always busty especially when the weather is kind. Children seem to love the adventure playground and activities that are around the site. there is a surprise around every corner. It is free entry though you do have to pay for the car parking. I last visited in... More

I go running and walking here a lot as it is less than 2 miles from my front door. You could take your dog, kids, horse or bike here and never a doubt that you will have a great time. There is a cafe (I have never been but I hear good things), a bike hire place and a pretty... More

Nice in every way but take some wipes. Your kids will get covered in dog poo. I completely agree with this policy of open to all users, dog owners included. But, and it's a big but there is cr@p everywhere at Alice Holt. The signs up don't even ask dog owners to pick it up but to flick it off... More

It is a forest, with well-marked and well-maintained paths criss crossing it. There is a cafe, and bicycle hire, and a Go Ape concession in the treetops. Parking is quite expensive.

A picinic, ice-creams and lots of climbing and running around in a woodland - just right! Imaginative and relaxed in lovely natural surroundings.

Great thing for the kids to play on and some great walks in the forest. They have a nice cafe which is a tad expensive but they serve nice tea and coffee etc. Gets very busy in the summer....shame you have to pay to park. we should encourage free parking so more people visit and get some fresh air and...
