We downloaded three Treasure Trails (2 for Edinburgh, 1 for St. Andrews). My family loved hunting for clues and solving the puzzles, a great way to explore the city and engage children. My kids talked about the Treasure Trails long after we were done. Highly recommend for families.

We went on our third Treasure Trail yesterday (1.8.15) – a walk around Southend -On Sea. This easy to follow, circular, guided walking tour (starting at the station) takes you along the beach and pier area and through the cliff gardens. Although this trail can be done at any time of year I highly recommend the summer months when the... More

Brilliant medium length journey around some of the secrets of Portland. This is the second we have done and in terms of value they are outstanding. Some of the clues require considerable thought but that is the magic - brain cells are required.

This was a great way to explore the area of Tenby. It was interesting and fun. We have four children and the only one who had no interest was the 3 year old.

Just came back from visiting Usk for the day as we was doing a 'treasure hunt' trail. Having done many of these trails before we expect high standards... and they met our expectations! Passing many of Usk's amazing treasures along the way including many blue plaques, the River Usk, some of Usk's churches... this is just to name a few!... More

Found out about these Treasure Trails through word of mouth and we thought we would give one a go - and Greenwich was our choice. This was a Treasure Hunt trail, where we were trying to work out the location of the buried treasure from the map supplied. As we went on the circular walk we solved the clues and... More

Over the years have probably done about 10 to 12 different treasure trails. Great for getting out of the house, seeing new places and working together as a team to solve clues or have an individual competition. Good for small children, teens and adults alike. For £6.99 you can have the booklet sent to you by post or in a... More

Did our first 'Treasure Trail' today with our granddaughter in the old town of Edinburgh. We had an excellent time and she was like a sleuth trying to find and identify the clues. She didn't even want to stop for lunch! Would highly recommend a trail to get bairns out of the house and connected with local history.

Bought two trails as something to do when staying with in-laws who love to walk. When my husband and I brought up the idea of doing one our in-laws were less than enthusiastic.... 10 minutes later they were hunting clues and exploring places they thought they knew so well and were surprised at how many things they weren't aware of!...
