Visited today with 2 little girls under 2. Wow it exceeded expectations! Big 'Petting Barn' with everything from mice to snakes to goats, even a 2month old baby dear. Absolutely brilliant staff who put their all into making it a brilliant day for the kids (there were several school trips there) Had the chance to hold a python, a tarantula... More

The entry price was quiet high over 8 quid for a 2 year old. but a fair amount to see once inside. Restaurant was well priced and good food. We had a nice day but the place is generally a bit tatty and tired.

There is loads on site. We spent a decent 5 hours here and still didn't round everything. Tasty cafe too. The falconry guy was very attentive and worth catching. The owls were all great to see and their display was pretty special.

We have visited this attraction twice over the last couple of weeks due to children's birthdays. I have to say I was somewhat concerned on our first visit to see the state of the water in the male deer's enclosure. It was filthy and full of what looked like algae or some sort of weed. On our second visit -... More

Enough to see, nice to be able to feed the animals. Food a wee bit expensive but there is something on the menu to suit all. Pet corner is great for the kids they loved it. Good big park for kids to tire themselves out a bit more. Overall fab family day out.

The staff are friendly. We all had a great time looking at all the animals, it's very clean and lots of places to wash your hands. The soft play was brilliant. Many thanks.

this centre changed my perceptions of certain animals as I and my family were allowed to handle under supervision and animal health and temperament permitting a variety of exotic and interesting animals under the kind guidance of the knowledgeable staff

We visited today after a lovely experience in April and already planning another visit soon. The staff as it says in title are exceptional, friendly, knowledgable and so patient answering my 6yr old and 3 yr olds questions. We especially liked the owl show. My daughter was thrilled she got to hold the little owl and we even got to... More

Loads of stuff for the kids to do, animal feeding, animal petting, soft play, park, sand pits and lovely cafe for a cake and tea for the adults. My children love it and could spend all day here. The cost to get in does seem a little steep and you have to buy food for animal seperately but once we're... More
