We turned up early on the last Saturday of half-term (at 10:00; rides open at 10:30). Its worth doing if you don't want to queue for tickets since the ticket office opens at about 10:00. But be warned that none of the tea/coffee/food places open until 10:30. It was pleasantly quiet though, given it was a weekend in half-term -... More

We camped at Wicksteed park for two nights and explored the park for two and a half days. There is plenty to do here and it is very good value for money - for no cost at all you can use the sand pits and large playgrounds, explore the grounds, or go for a lakeside walk anytime you like. During... More

Whilst staying at the Kettering park hotel, my husband and I passed this park on our drive up. We had a wander and a cup of coffee and would love to come again to discover more. It is a gorgeous place with lots to see and do.

Went to this park yesterday, and it was utterly fantastic. My granddaughter and daughter had the most wonderful fun. There are loads of free amusements as well as ones to be paid for. Boating lakes for kids or kids and adults. One day just wasn't enough, so we are all returning in the next school holidays. Really can't rate it... More

we visited wicksteed park for the first time yesterday. it is set in beautiful parkland and caters for all age groups from small park rides to log flume and rollercoasters. plenty of parking and reasonable charges for wristbands and parking. most of the rides are very well organised to keep queues down. my only complaint is that the information on... Came here yesterday and my son and I had a brilliant day. He loved the new soft play area where he met wicky bear and other characters. He loved the sand and water. As and the tree house etc made from wood. I am coming back today.

We love this place! It has something for all of the family, we can even bring the dog! We brought a picnic, although the fish and chips smelled gorgeous! The zip wire is great, staff helpful and happy, and we could only fault the toilet facilities which could do with a facelift! Overall a fantastic day out.

Which steed Park is perfect for those with children who aren't quite ready to tackle the big, big rides yet. The park is split into three sections. The fairground at the top...containing pirate ships, dodgems, teacups etc. down and to your right you will find the race cars, water log, rollercoster, umbrellas and the ladybird ride. To the left you... More

I went for two nights at the camping sight and i have mixed opinions! The rides were very fun and with wristbands u can ride everything as much as u like! The queues were no longer than 10 minutes each and most of the time u can do double rides! However i think the staff here are quite poor and... More

A regular day-trip destination of my childhood, it's about twenty-five years since I last visited the park. It's nice to see there's been a lot of investment made in that time. The playgrounds are modern and safe, the rides a good, and the grounds are well maintained and relaxing. One or two rides need some tlc. The pirate ship in... More
