She will enjoy the morning at the KitchenAide Store. Get there around 10am so she can shop before getting a front row seat for their cooking class. Be sure to check out the clearance store downstairs. After that, catch a quick lunch before heading out to the KitchenAide Factory Tour. He will enjoy the afternoon as you both get a... More

We took visiting friends from Fla. on our first visit to the KitchenAid factory and the 4 of us were quite impressed with our tour even though they were undergoing a building expansion program. Quite facinating especially the many, many colors they make their products in! Unfortunately the KitchenAid Experience was a little disappointing as the store basement had been... More

We visited the place on June 16. In the city there is a store with a huge kitchen. In the basement is a little museum, with the models of the era 1920-1960, an outlet store and a corner with a play kitchen for the children. If they have in the morning a large group, they will demonstrate in the kitchen... More

Far from an 'experience'. It's a store selling kitchenaid stuff. Kind of like the kitchen section of a target or walmart. Downstairs they have a small area with maybe 10 old mixers. Very disappointed and waste of time

My daughter and I took the 1 hour drive to the KitchenAid Experience and would do it again. The staff at the store was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We were there in time for the 10:30 cooking demonstration and enjoyed it. The fresh pasta was great and entertaining. If you are looking for a new KitchenAid mixer or countertop... More

My mom and I made a quick trip (1 hour drive) to Greenville simply to visit the KitchenAid Experience. It was amazing!! From the moment we walked in the front door, everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. The store smelled like fresh baked cookies and seemed so homey and inviting, even though it was wall to wall kitchen appliances... More

Beautiful store, well maintained, well managed, great staff!!!! Don't really need to say more! Bathrooms just as beautiful and clean as rest of the store. The best deals are when they have sidewalk sales in July during the annual Annie Oakly Days wk/end in town. Best prices & always gifts w/purchase. Don't miss the downstairs for re-furbished items at deep... More

The store is very neat, clean and organized. I was able to find a glass bowl for a mixer for $20! Their prices are always lower than what you will find at Kohls, Macy's or any of the other Department stores who carry the brand. Downstairs you will find the "refurbished" items as well as a "mixer museum" The staff... More

What a great find! Love kitchen aid products and this place was fun! Suzy was wonderful, answered all our questions and had helpful info. The cashier was crabby but she was easy to ignore and did not have any affect on the experience. well worth going out of your way and its a great small town with other shops to... More
