Lovely walk feeding the animals. Cafe isn't amazing. Prepacked sandwiches which were frozen (apparently a little boy had turned the controls a few days ago) but these were changed without fuss. Will take a picnic next time. Small Park but fine for little ones.

Great day visiting all of the animals. They are all very well looked after with lovely grounds. Good to be able to feed the animals and they are all very gentle especially with young children. A play area too! Cafe was nice and good value for money!

Visited with my family, not the biggest park by any means but kept my girls amused for a while. Highlight was feeding the goats and donkeys/ponies. My wife enjoyed the small garden and the bug mansion- gave her some ideas for our school. Good for wheelchairs

My daughter really enjoyed it here, although when we wet it was windy so we did feel a little cold, I think it's a lovely little park and had it not been windy we probably would have stayed longer, if I went again it would make sure it wasn't windy and would take a picnic as there's quite a few... We visited the bird garden and animal park with our granddaughter who is 20 months old,the admission cost was £4.50 per adult. Yes it is only small ( about 5 acres ) but we had a great time here feeding the animals, just about right for small children. The garden was beautiful and the flowers were in full bloom, there were... Despite all the adverts there are very few animals to see and feed, we came away thinking we must have missed something when we had not. Entry at over £4 per person including children is excessive in my opinion. Sadly we will not return.

Had a fabulous trip here with our 21 month old daughter whilst holidaying in Filey. The park is lovely, the staff we came across were all very friendly and relaxed and all seemed happy in their work. The gardens were beautiful, our daughter loved runnig around and smellgin the roses and particularly enjoyed the living willow sculpture and tunnels. The... More

We were dissapointed at the size of the park. The children's swings were worn and very dirty. We noticed a bird in very poor physical condition too. On the plus side the flower garden was well kept and the animals seemed well cared for. Information was well provided about the animals too.

Thank you for review. We are delighted that you enjoyed the gardens and thought our animals are well cared for, although we are particularly upset that you thought one of our birds was in poor condition. We are genuine animal lovers and all our animals are kept in spacious enclosures and looked after by family members. The only 2 birds... More

A lovely day out! A place full of education, involvement and interaction, the park is particularly clean and well kept along with all the animals and it's clear they're treated well and enjoy the presence of people - the parrots are a clear example of this! This instantly makes the park stand above other zoos/parks I've visited in the past... More
