Small, but beautiful and immaculate. All the animal enclosures were lovely and clean, the gardens were beautifully tended and relaxing. Went with my 2 children (7 & 9) and my mum and mother-in-law (75 & 87) and we all had a lovely relaxing afternoon.

This wasn't what we expected. Very compact, well laid out. There are quite a few animals and avaries with a pleasant walk leading to a picnic area and child's play area. This is all open to the elements. On the day we visited it was very windy and we didn't enjoy the attraction. We were glad to get back in... More

Not a great deal to see but a nice little stop off for the family if you don't want to travel too far. We have passed this attraction many times and did not know it was there until we read about it on-line, even when we did know about it we nearly passed it due to being very well hidden.... More

Loved this place; it was a warm and sunny day, which helped and it is all well set out and clean, so that there as no smell from the animals or birds. A lovely place to have a snack too and you can even watch a train go by!

What a hidden treasure - keep an eye out for the sign, as blink and you will miss it. A lovely unexpected trip to see the animals. This is great fun for the family - especially if they are younger, although our 11 year old loved it too! We fed the animals as we went round - a well laid... More

We came for a return visit today as my two year old loved it in June. There aren't that many animals here compared to other animal parks but it's still worth a visit as its so reasonable. In fact that is the real charm of the place - it's not a money making venture. This week for oct half term... More

Lovely well kept garden and pleasant to walk around. My 1 year old was mesmerised by the birds and my daughter loved looking at the flowers. We were followed by a friendly ginger cat and that made my daughters day! Beautiful!
