Just been today to buy some Christmas presents. Fantastic choice of boxes and baskets, and the lovely ladies packed it all beautifully finishing the hampers off with lovely ribbons. Amazing choice of cheese, biscuits, relishes and wine/beers. Lovely cheese boards and knives etc to buy. The shop is immaculately clean and well presented. I am so impressed with my purchases... Today we visited the factory as part of a school trip. The staff were great, with lots of knowledge that they could share with the children. Just popped in here on our way down the A6. Factory closed but the exhibition is quite interesting. The shop is spotless and pristine looking. Cheese and chutneys to sample. Good range of items to purchase.

Interesting small exhibition, also you can watch what's happening in the factory and read about the process then see it happening. Cheese tasting, and having dismissed Lancashire cheese as not too my liking Dewlay Lancashire cheeses changed my mind. If I could by Dewley cheese back in Gloucestershire I will, their blue cheese is equally yummy. You can buy the... More

WOW, We finally got to visit this wonderful venue on Saturday. All our expectations were exceeded. Although production was off on Saturday we were able via the exhibition products on display along with the video presentation, explain the food chain from cows eating grass to cheese production to our grandkids. The shop was well stocked, and the young ladies serving... More
