I made the booking via the telephone nice and easily a few weeks prior to attending. On arrival there is lots of parking. We headed into the shop and let them know we had arrived and paid the £10 each. Which is great value given the wine tasting at the end. The tour is short but does show you the... More

Friends bought me a Gift Experience Day for my 50th birthday - couldn't have been happier! Starting off in the bar area of the Swan restaurant with a bottle of Chapel Down's Sparkling Rose Brut - absolutely delicious. The bar area itself is very relaxed, with a great ambience, flowing into the restaurant. Having finished our sparkling, we moved into... More

We booked a vineyard tour, which was excellent, very interesting, learnt a lot. Got to see some of the different vines and their production factory. We got to try about 6 wines and a few more afterwards and ended up buying a lot of their lovely wine. We also then took a walking tour of the vineyard. There are two... More

My wife and I took my mum for her birthday treat to the afternoon tea and winery tour/taste. What a great afternoon out, interesting tour, great tasting - the wine just kept coming (which are excellent) and the tea/scones/sandwiches/cakes were first class. Thoroughly recommended visit. Will return to try a full meal at the Swan restaurant. Recommend the Bacchus reserve... More

My husband and I had this wine tour including afternoon tea and tasting for our birthdays. It was a lovely afternoon but we would have found it more interesting if we could have seen the actual making of the wine but all in all a great afternoon out. Our tour guide and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I spent a lovely afternoon here as part of civilized hen party. The staff are lovely and gave a great talk about the wines. The grounds are beautiful to stroll around. The food is delicious although service was a little slow.

We received a wedding present of a deluxe package for chapel down and had a fantastic experience yesterday. We tried plenty of wines, toured the vineyards and learned the process! It was really informative and fun. Our only feedback was being unable to select dining partners.

What a great day - I bought a gift experience for dad and we both loved it . The lunch was fantastic food quality was superb, the young tour guide we had (freddy I think ) was just full of energy and clearly passionate about his job. The wines were great, there was one I didn't like but that all... More
