The only reason I gave it a star is because of the waitresses that were very polite. The manager was rude and not fit to run the restaurant. The food was awful, with the starter and main meal coming out cold! Vegetables could have been mistaken for bricks for how hard they were. Chips came out soggy and chicken was... More

Paying just under £30 per head for what!!! The chips were just off warm and the chicken lukewarm. The manageress came out and said very bluntly "what's the problem." No apology, only "I'll bring you another bowl then". Most rude and not in the least concerned! The dinning tables are crammed too tightly to the benches, the starters, well!, the... More

Overall the night was good. There were 13 of us booked in for the 3 course meal. We were split up into adjacent window booths which didn't suit everyone. Drinks came fairly quickly and we're reasonably priced. The food was not great and the vegetarian option had changed from the option on the website. The manager explained that it had... More

Great night at the dogs despite bad weather. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Friendly staff. Restaurant food looked great ( we didn't have any) prices of drinks very reasonable.

Watch the Greyhounds and place your bet (or not) whilst tucking into your dinner. The food is quite basic but nice. Would definitely visit again as it makes for an entertaining and different dining experience.

Terrible food. All 3 courses. Waiter rude. Manager did not care and would not come to table. Said it is what it is. Will not come back. You could suck veg through a straw. Meal portions very small 2 spuds per plate. Totally crap.
