Prince's offers all that is best in modern golf: with its 27 holes of Championship links golf, practice facilities to match and a centrally located clubhouse Since its opening in 2012, Prince's can now offer visiting golfers overnight accommodation in its 38 bedroom facility - The Lodge. Prince's boasts 3 loops of 9 holes: The Shore, The Dunes and the Himalayas, all of which have their own unique characteristics and signature holes and have benefited from significant investment and redevelopment over recent years. Players of all standards will enjoy the challenge of this links and the outstanding views. The Lodge at Prince's, situated at the entrance to the course has 12 bedrooms and two luxurious suites and the adjacent Lodge apartments have 12 two bedroom apartments. All bedrooms have ensuite facilities, club storage and battery charging points and wonderful views across the golf course or Sandwich Bay. The apartments are particularly well suited to golfing groups with a comfortable lounge in each apartment. In addition the Lodge offers a quality dining experience in the Brasserie on the Bay which was re-awarded 2 AA Rosettes in 2014 and golfers can also enjoy the Lodge bar menu in front of the warming log burning stove or in the Summer months on the Terrace. Prince's prides itself on helpful, attentive staff who understand your needs from your first enquiry to service during your golf day itself. Fourballs are welcome seven days a week and groups of any size can be accommodated.

Prince's Lodge

Stayed at Prince's Lodge and enjoyed the stay. Rooms were great, bar was friendly and food was pretty good. I will visit again.

You can feel the history when you play at Princes. I was able to play twice on each of the 3 nine hole courses and enjoyed each round immensely. The food was okay if a little pricey. I will definitely return there again one day.

We visited here as a group of 20. The 3 x 9 hole courses were in good condition and the greens very true, there were some views of the sea but as the course does not sit up above the sea level you do not get panoramic views all the time. A sunny weekend in June was not too busy... More

Princes boasts 3 loops of 9 holes, the Shore, Dunes and Himalayas. The first 2 being the Championship loops that have hosted many top competitions and superior to the Himalayas. That's not to say that the Hims as the locals refer to it isn't a good test of golf. There is great history to the club and it is well... More

The typical English course as the rest can be found in Scotland, with treacherous rough and small but deep bunkers. excellent clubs hired. everything is located adjacent to the most famous and important Royal S.Georges

I have just returned from 3 days and 2 nights, even tho it was early March the course condition was very poor with every hole having some work being done and not finished. Even to the point where a digger was parked in front of the green un manned! Hotel room (16) was noisy as there were 2 vents in... More

We are a group of 8, rather mature golfers and we took the opportunity of the Princes Golf Club, Sandwich, winter package. The overnight accommodation in the Lodge was excellent. We had 2 apartments, each with two twin bedded rooms with en suites. They were modern, clean and comfortable - ideal for us. They actually overlook the adjoining Royal St... More

Living in the South East I am spoilt for picturesque, high end golf courses (Royal St George's/ North Foreland), Princes Golf Course at Sandwich isn't one of these. I was really looking forward to our staff Christmas meal there but was really disappointed. The reception area was unmanned at arrival so we wondered around for a while until a passing... More

Great place to hold a group event. With views out across the channel and the golf course, the restaurant area can seat a large group comfortably. We enjoyed the relaxed meal and soaked up the views
