Myself and partner like to go out and be a little impulsive and try new things. We were pleasantly suprised by trying out Club Hydropathe. Reading about it, I thought it may be too kinda hipster, or Clicke.Secret film club, with a fancy name, a stones throw from the artsy old town. But everyone was open, warm, welcoming and chatty.... I have been several times to the Tom Thumb. I just seem to keep going back. The theatre performance I saw there opened my eyes to what a theatre experience could be and the films I have caught on Monday nights are such a welcome relief from American blockbuster money making culture that I just cheer that the Tom Thumb... On the evening of Friday 12th September 'After Dark Tales' (the new version of 'Scandal Nights') held the first Story Telling session which proved to be absolutely terrific! The tiny quaint Tom Thumb Theatre was the perfect setting for Dave Tonge from Norwich who held the audience in the palm of his hand, engaging with us in a very special... More

What a wonderful old building but in need of urgent repair. The building was being restored so we could not go inside.

I have been here for a few different events and always find the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful (and knowledgeable of the local area) The building itself is just the cutest thing and the fin bar upstairs is decorated perfectly providing the ideal venue for a pre or post show pint. Love it.

Visited recently and had a great night. Recently interesting venue with a capacity of around 50 and the smallest stage in the country. More people should know about this place and visit because real quirky places like this are few and far between.
