Had a wonderful walk round the reserve and finished up in the café which served good quality snacks and hot drinks

This is a fairly nice place to walk, especially with a dog (on a lead), but where it comes in to its own is if you come to cycle! It has a leisurely road track, and a very fun and in places challenging off road mountain bike track. Finally there is a really fun and compact bmx track. If you... More

I do like fowlmead. Great use of a site, staff are superb and are very helpful. It's a nature reserve and cycle area with walks and trails for all abilities. There is a long Tarmac track with a fast lane for Lycra racing types. Signs everywhere draw attention to this. There's always a few thickies that can't comprehend what a... More

This place has come a long way in a short time. Its great to explore the outdoors by foot or bike. Increasing amount of events on sites, alongside a good car park, nice cafe/information centre and toilets available.

Very bleak while trees grow - and an unwelcoming entry charge - to risk life and limb while unsupervised, unregulated bikers whizz all around. Don't let your kids go alone!

this review refers to the catering only: The coffee was served in polystyrene cups with plastic lids. It was virtually undrinkable (two of us threw it away) Polystyrene cups and plastic lids - more to the ever increasing problem with plastic pollution. Paper cups...OK...and if the customer says "no plastic lid please" then respect their wishes. "Health and safety" is... More

Great biking area for all levels. A nice tarmac area around the outside is easy and safe for all ages. Their is also a good off road area but can sometimes be hard not to get lost if you missan red or blue arrow. Red is the harder one (really is hard) blue is allot easier but still challenging .

Lovely to cycle here along the Sandwich road from Deal. We stopped to do some sketching of the Miner statue outside the entrance. Great views from higher up by the cycle track area. Good bird watching. Basic but completely satisfactory café. Had a peppermint tea and a tea cake. Always good to be able to access toilets on a cycling... More

Great for biking and the odd walk but this place is huge. Basic cafe, tea and coffee etc. Dont forget to pay for your car though.
