We visited on Thursday 27 August whilst on holiday in the area. The kids had great fun on Go Ape Junior (additional charge). We hired some bikes for an hour and a half which was just right for our 7 year olds first bike ride under his own power - plenty of near level paths to choose from. The play... More

Had a great day out with our children and their cousins. Particularly enjoyed the play trail we had an age range of 3 - 11 in the group and there was something along the way for all of them. The adventure playgrounds were great too, as was the hew forest ice cream!

Brilliant Day Out. So Much To See & Do! Only Let Down, Toilets We're Disgusting Towards The End Of The Afternoon, Full Of Peoples Rubbish That They Couldn't Take Home.

Thank you for your feedback. We check our toilets constantly, and within the short space of time in between inspections - there inevitable will be rubbish - which is a great shame. The vast majority of our customers understand why we have a no-bin policy, along with an increasing number of other Country Parks around the UK. More

We visited this with a few friends as we were staying in the New Forest. What a fantastic place. Entrance is free. Lovely picnic areas - little steam train for the kids to have a ride on (need to pay). You pay for parking but this is done on leaving the site and you can pay by card - just... More

Great facilities and a really good value day out for the family. No "entrance fee", you just pay £9 for the whole day for parking, however many people there are in the car. Good interactive educational displays, which are great for children. There's a Go Ape there, which is popular with our kids, and they have bike hire with all... More

Great value day out. Wish we had more time. Train ride is superb and although a little pricey once you've been round and seen the effort that has gone into it you'll be more than happy .

we (my partner and i) went with our friend and his family, most suitable for them than couples. food hall is very busy but was swift in the queuing and delivering of food, probably best to take a picnic during holidays and/or sunny days. great trails for the youngsters on their bikes. we avoided go ape, extremely expensive. £9 to... We just spent a week camping in the New Forest and visited this place twice. My daughter begged to back after our first visit. The Play Trail with it's 8 wooden play structures along a mile long trail in the woods is just magical, made me wish I was a child again so I could play too! The two playgrounds... More
