We visited Moors Valley today whilst on holiday, based only some internet searches, as we wanted something to do for half a day in the Ringwood area. We have a 4 year old and a baby and Moors Valley catered easily for both. We could take the pram on the super worm trail, which easily kept our toddler entertained. Then... More

We were staying at a campsite just up the road, having spent the previous day at Peppa Pig World, and had Moors Valley recommended to us. We have a 2 year old, so spent our time on the miniature steam railway and in the adventure playground, both of which were huge hits. We had lunch in the restaurant and the... More

Have just had my daughters 9th birthday party here. Go Ape followed by the children's party tea offered by the Seasons restaurant. Go Ape was obviously brilliant but the biggest success was the party tea - spectacularly good food for the children, so much better in terms of quality, presentation and quantity than I've experienced at so many other places.... Moors Valley Park has many good features but on Sunday 21st June bike hire was not one of them. We hired one of the two tandems but had to return it almost immediately because one of the gear sprockets was missing entirely! Swapped to the other one, we set off on level ground but soon found many of the the... More

We are very sorry that you experienced a very isolated problem whilst hiring our Tandems during your visit to our Cycle Hire. We would always offer a full refund if one of our pieces of equipment was not suitable. I am pleased to say that our qualified staff service each of our bikes EVERY month. They also received a visual... More

I've been to Moors Valley many times with my daughter and had great fun on the play trail and cycle paths but I've recently discovered it's also a fantastic place to take elderly relatives! The paths around the lake are great for mobility scooters and elderly walkers - flat and smooth and if you go mid week, nice and quiet.... More
