There are several local walks available with extensive wildlife and beautiful scenery. Liked all available facilities. Excellent old local called the Waterloo Arms....wonderful, friendly service. The food is delicious and freshly cooked. Don't miss the specials board!
The town is very friendly and everyone we met was very accomodating and kind. I personally loved the "different shops" and bought a...

Loved - seeing the beautiful New Forest Ponies, Donkeys and the odd Pig roaming freely. The National Park is well managed, great for hiking, camping, cycling, horse riding.
Great pubs, tea rooms, restaurants and lots of quaint thatched cottages?

Beautiful National park lots of lovely country pubs :) Fantastic walks great for biking and lovely for children to run around !!

Traditional country pubs are dotted throughout in which punters can huddle up beside open fires in the winter and sit in the gardens watching cyclists and...
