I took one adult and two children on a bright but cold February half-term day. The persistent rain we have had for weeks meant that none of the cattle were around, but the children didn't mind at all, as the first area we moved into was a giant play barn with activities for a wide range of ages and abilities.... I went here with family and young children and it was definitely a great day out. The weather was wonderful so we could walk around amongst the fields. There was a little train which transported you from a couple of areas. There is a huge wooden castle, a little lake where you can row a boat. The trampolines are so... More

Visited at Christmas for husbands work party for kids. Visit to Santa was preceded by short tractor & trailer ride with commentary about the farm. After an energetic (for kids) in soft play area followed by a private party in The Barn. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Can't say enough good things about Cattle Country. Have been going on and off for around 7 years, keeps getting better as new parts added or updated. We had few months without membership last year but our children have won again as they ask so often to go back, only complaint from my children is that is sometimes closed!!!! We... More

We visited Cattle Country in December for the Christmas experience. We took over 50 children and their parents and they all had a fantastic day out, playing in the play barns and meeting Father Christmas. The food at lunchtime was also excellent. We have received lots of positive comments from parents about what a great day they had. We will... More

Spent several hours with 5 under 13's and 8 adults, we all enjoyed ourselves and didn't have one I'm bored from the kids. The rest of the site looks like a place to enjoy in the summer

We visited on a very rainy day with the grandparents and a 10 year old and 4 year old and all had an excellent time. The indoor play barns are great fun. Lots to do. Giant covered sand pit also a hit. The vertical slides were a hit with the older kids. Nice cafe for lunch. Punch and Judy traditional... More

I really cannot see what anybody sees in this place I understand it could be better when the weather is better however we were only charged £18 for two adults and two children around half price for the cams period, the fact we were there for less than an hour should say it all. Initially you walk into what looks... More

We visited for the first time this afternoon with our two year old Daughter. The positives are that there is a lot of open space for children to run off some of their endless energy. The outdoor play equipment looked good, but we didn't try it as the ground was very wet and muddy. We spent most of our time... More

This was first visit and it was a brilliant day! Took our 4yr old and 22 month old this morning for Santa's grotto. So impressed with the variety of activities here and it was all so well run. You could easily pass a day here and I imagine it will be beautiful in the Spring so we'll definitely be back!... More
