Just a few sad looking animals, no cattle on view at all!. All the 'rides' cost £1 for a minute or two. Most things look rather dowdy and the paths are quite muddy. We took our grandson, who was far from impressed. Shame, but in the venue's defence, it is March. The indoor play area was OK and there were... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments about your recent visit. I was sorry to hear that you were disappointed with some aspects of your day. As you mention in your review, we are somewhat restricted in what we can offer and display due to the time of the year. To that end, our cattle were not... More

After a visit today I felt compelled to write this review. After spending out what I think is quite a lot of money to visit, we were disappointed by nearly everything. Main points were: coffees were cold when we got them, there were very limited things open but not manned, for example the train was meant to be on but... More

I was sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent visit, although I would like to respond to a couple of points that you have raised. Unfortunately our cattle were not on display on the day of your visit; this... More

Took the Magnicient Seven there for the day, wife, daughters and 4 g'ddaughters and we had a marvgellous time. First event was the trampoline where Erin, 11 years old, had a fantastic time while, Caoimhe, 8 years, went on the zipwire. Then the inldoor slides and areas for younger children, Ruth 18 months and Rachel, 3 years had fun. Bigger... More

Thank you for your kind comments about your recent visit. I am very happy to hear that the children of all ages enjoyed their day, and I do hope that you will be able to visit us again in the summer. More

Took my boys and friends (9, 11 , 12 years old). It does cost to get in: about £9.50 for children and £8.50 for adults. We arrived at 10 am and left at 4 pm so we got our moneys worth. Just like normal play barns, it has big indoor slides, ball pools and soft play stuff. However, the best... More

Wot a rip off for the price of an adult ticket.see more farm animals driving down the lane to the entrance

Thank you for your comments although little confusing as we do not have a lane to the entrance? As it is early in the season we did not have our cattle in the paddocks but did have over 14 types of animals on display. The adult ticket price is very reasonable and we have lots for adults to do. As I'm sitting watching my children bounce on the trampoline thought I would leave my comments. Nice park with lots of nice activities. Boating lake, bouncy pillows, ice skating are all good. The major problem I have with the place is that since I have paid my £24 in for myself and two children I have also paid extra for... More

Thank you for the review, and comments about the free attractions. The price for a bottle of soft drink is in line with other local attractions, some of which charge more. We do have a couple of drinking taps around the site which water bottles can be filled from. The extra activities are optional and are there if people who... More

I would like to thank Cattle Country and it's staff for a great Father Christmas experience. Having had a stressful time in work recently it was nice to have some days off to take the children to visit Father Christmas. Rather than standing in the cold in a long queue in the rain and enduring a fast track Santa experience,... More

Firstly dont go in term time, you will never get on anything at all, i think it is totally over priced for what is there, The Adult price is way too high as there really is nothing for adults to do apart from watch the kids. way too many schools in the week so price should be much lower, as... Thank you for the review although I would have to question the truth of this review as a lot of what you have said isn't what happens at all. If you visited in September we were only weekends and I cannot remember any schools visiting on weekends. I strongly disagree with your comment about the adults having nothing to do,... More

The themed Halloween period set up was an added bonus to explore with face painting, pumpkin carvings and 12 hidden scarecrows to find on an explorers trail for little ones. Grown-ups soon got obsessed too finding the remaining 2 or 3 . . . The train and falconery display on the day was a great bonus for us all. Food... More
