Lovely gardens to walk around, great food and helpful advice from the experts. Have lots of events throughout the year, with the opportunity to buy unique items and of course plants all year round.

A splendid day out in an unusual area in deep Essex to have a Flower Show but it works well.Lots of blooms on display and for sale all your needs for gardening ,good advice ,bespoke garden furniture ., I would say a lot of planning went into this event ,the coach and car parking was very well organised.

We visited mainly for the Craft and Design Show over the August Bank Holiday weekend but as the price of admission also included the gardens we made sure we visited them as well. The gardens are very well kept and very interesting. As this geographical area is the driest in the UK, they also have an arid garden which shows... More

Hyde Hall is quite small and expensive if you are not a member. If you are a member then it is worth visiting the four seasons of the garden to see the variations. The vegetable garden is always worth a visit when in full fruiting mode. I look forward to the new glass house which will add another dimension to... More

This year we decided to purchase an RHS card and Hyde hall is the closest to us. The grounds are always beautifully kept. My daughter always loves feeding the geese and fish. We went to see the roses and they looked beautiful. The play area is great but not a lot for toddlers really.

My Wife and I visit a lot of Gardens throughout the year and are regular visitors to RHS Wisley which is closest to us, always interesting and sometimes spectacular throughout the year. Hyde Hall was to be our third RHS Site visited having also been to the wonderful Rosemoor in Devon a few years ago. With that background and ranges... More

During holidays they always have nice days out set and nature trails for the kids. We recently went to the alice in wonderland trail which was great for my son. Finding clues and walking around the lovely gardens. Highly recommend

I visit Hyde Hall about 3 times a year, and this last visit was to the Flower Show in July. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was very pleased I went. Although it wasn't cheap to get in, it was well-worth the entrance in the end. As you park up you walk through the entrance area, and up... More
