We spent a great day at the Birds of Prey Centre on Saturday 19th May. I bought a day package 10-4 for my husband and son for Christmas. The package was for a family of 4 but my 12 year old son wanted to take 2 friends. This was not a problem and we just paid extra for the 3rd... More

I took 90 4-5 year olds on a school trip. The staff were friendly, informative, helpful and very enthusiastic! The children loved the trip. Only downside was the toilets but if you can cope with that this is a lovely simple day out! More

The £10 entry fee was a fantastic bargain. For that we got to see a talk about the eagles, see two flying displays with different birds in each, and handle the owls. Plus we could walk around the centre and see all the other birds, and passing handlers were happy to answer all our questions. We both really enjoyed the... More

First of all the good news - the birds appear to be well cared for, the staff clearly are very enthusiastic about the birds and their care of them and can answer any question thrown at them. The team also seem to have a good rapour together. Now the not so good news - Bought this experience through Groupon. In... More

We went as a group of 5 having purchased the tickets via Groupon. We booked a half day experience which included clay pigeon shooting at £30 each. The centre is clean and well kept. All the staff were friendly and very enthusiastic and informative about the birds! We arrived at 10am and left around 1:30pm, although we could have spent... More

This is well worth the visit. My son loved every minute of the day and so did the adults. Well organised, interesting loads of information. Even on a cold wet day it was a hit so in the summer it should be fantastic. We will be going back Enjoy More

We had booked a half day experience through Groupon. We arrived at the Shuttleworth centre at 9:30, there was a .ot of building work going on and it wasn't clerar where we should park. In fact for the Birds of Prey Centre drive straight round to the centre and you can park outside the entrance. We had a wander round... More
