Well, there were various kinds of cactus i.e. round, small, big etc. but who likes cactus anyway ? Atleast I didnt. There are big green houses made of fibreglass where these cactus are kept, the moment you enter any of those, you feel like going out immediately due to immense heat inside. collection of good variety of cactus, this is worth paying a visit for plant lovers. the access road to this place is although not very good. Another landmark near to this place is poet Rabindranath Tagor's home.

I am not an expert on the subject but the collection of cactus here is large. I previously had the idea that cactus grow in deserts but now I know they do grow in hills also....could be quite a educational experience for your kids if ever they have to do project on cactus.

I havent seen so much variety of cactus in my whole life which I saw here... Flowers and their thorns were beautiful and deadly at the same time... Its a must watch as you will njoy the view from their garden as well as know new ways of growing cactus in your backyard....

This is the same as Pine View Nursery and located in Kalimpong West. We visited this during our trip to Kalimpong in March 2015.This is a popular tourist spot in Kalimpong.Road leading to this place is narrow and cramped for space - we got stuck in a small traffic jam.Once inside the nursery, we were amazed by the wide variety...
