I went to this place with a bit of trepidation as to what might I find. But to my surprise the place was cool with some amazing flowers & there was a tiny zoo as well. I was there at about 12 noon & hence got to see many kids coming in there post their school. For families with kids... More

The park seems to be couple’s paradise. It is the best place for a quiet and lovely time. Many kinds of flowers could be seen. A zoo is also located within the park. Didn’t find it exciting.

Enjoy with a languid pace, in a laidback manner, enjoy the gentle breeze wafting across the park, have a leisurely stroll, specially recommend to visit after a rain-soaked night, in morning. a very old fashioned zoo experience, it does seem sad to see them in such small cages but the variety is remarkable from leopards to bears, be sure to look at the tusks of the now extinct meghalayan elephant

Where can you get zoo, lush green garden, a water body with ducks, plenty of flora and fauna and swings for kids. To top it all there is a small museum where they have kept fossils of some of the animals. The most amazing was that of a tusker.

Kids would love this place with plenty of open grounds. There,s even a mini zoo. It is well maintained and has a nominal entry fee.
