The Shiv temple stands out because of its architecture which is built as a mosque with four minarets. Nothing much to look around but a must visit because of its unique architecture. Photography inside the temple is not allowed.

Walking in from the crowded town-hall area, this temple is a wonderful quick getaway! Barely 100-200 metres away from town-centre, this temple is well-constructed, neatly maintained and bearing a feel of great tranquility. It is wonderful to visit the place, sit and relax, meditate, and step out rejuvenated! Highly recommended!

Omkareshwar Temple is a nice old temple with a sarovar within the premises. It was a nice place to start your city tour only if you are a hindu, just married couple. When we went it was almost deserted. The approach was also pretty ruined and not maintained. I will say you can skip it if you are short of... More

A pond with ducks wading lead you to the entrance of the temple, no shops selling touristy stuff or anything outside the temple. Photography is prohibited in the temple. The architecture of this place is very pretty and appealing. It's a lord shiva temple. Not very far from the city centre. Definitely worth a visit.

This temple dedicated to Lord Shiva is as old as 1820 built in Gothic cum Islamic style with a tomb structure. Very neat, calm temple. There is a big temple tank. Worth visiting.

A small temple with construction quite different unlike the temples in Tamilnadu with big gopurams. Construction is similar to that of a mosque and quite different.
