Neil Island took about 40 minutes from Havelock Island by speed boat. Neil Island is newly developed tourist attraction. This is slightly isolated and not much crowded. The beaches are very beautiful and attractive. One can spend 1-2 days at this beach.

You can skip this place instead prefer Jolly Buoy Island which is best for under water corals. There is nothing much to do if you have already visited havelock. "Bharatpur and Laxmanpur beaches are just Ok" Instead go to Chiriya Tapu for scenic sunset view which is 35 kms far from Port Blair.

If you have limited time in Andaman, then better skip this island. There is nothing much to do here. The beaches are rocky and littered with plastic waste. Food is expensive. No mobile network available on the island. But for honeymoon couples who need peace and quiet, its might be a good place. Still, I would have spent an extra... More

If you have seen and stayed at havelock island then this island has not much to offer. We did not stay there overnight but the sea water is clean and the people there are very helpful I jut happened to drop my cell phone and one man came running to give it to me. May go if you have a... More

the Bharatpur and laxmanpur beaches are an addition to the string of beaches in Andaman. though not matching up to Radhanagar beach in some unexplainable ways, these are great for a quite evening. if you love the sea and the meditative silence it engulfs you in, then u can't say no to any beach in the Andamans!

Its an amazingly beautiful island, with very very friendly people. Clear blue/green/aquamarine water. Lovely corals, better than havelock. DiveIndia is the only school which operates there but not regularly. Less polluted. Not too many places to stay. We stayed at Tango, its really nice simple and affordable. You can travel by auto-rickshaws or bicycles. People travelling might jsut give you... More
