Great setting, always a good time to go there. Animals, trees, the great outdoors, what more could you ask for? Good location for outdoor photos also.

This is a very beautiful and serene park. There are 5 metro parks in Dayton and this one is my favorite. Check out the rabbits and dears who run freely through the park. The playground for the kiddos is a great spot too!

Aullwood Garden was created about 55 years ago as a nature preserve by Mr. and Mrs. Aull who lived in a house on the premises. They were nature lovers and wanted to preserve the area for future generations. There is a visitor's center that has a "bird room" where you can sit in comfortable chairs behind glass and watch birds... More

Nothing much to get excited about, just a few acres of beautiful gardens and a quiet stream surrounding Mrs. Aull's homestead. Bring someone you love.

There is something magical about this beautiful place. The gardens are beautiful, the trees are huge. There is always something in bloom and something new to be discovered.

Aullwood is interesting for all age groups and easy to negotiate. It is a family day must see and do.

Aullwood Garden is adjacent to Aullwood Audubon Center, but is part of the Five Rivers Metroparks System, not National Audubon's network of nature centers. Marie Aull planted the garden for her own pleasure, but welcomed guests. Purist naturalists, including some at the Aullwood Center, were less than pleased by her importation of flora not native to the Miami Valley!
