Goodale Park is surrounded by Victorian Village, a cluster of homes with charming architectural features and neighbors to the Short North. It boats to be the oldest park in Columbus and among the oldest in the United States. Goodale Park contains a playground and tennis courts but the main attraction is its view of the Columbus skyline and the serenity... More

This park is a beautiful part of the Short North/Victorian Village area. Check out the pond and fountain.

One of my favorite parks. It isn't a pristine park where everything is weeded and trimmed. It is an urban park used by everyone in the area. It is the home to many festivals. It is a great place for an afternoon picnic or just to sit next to the pond and watch the birds. We walk to the Northern... More

This is a nice park to explore when Comfest or other festivals happen. This is also where homeless live. Be cautious at night, but worth seeing a few blocks from Short North.

Goodale Park has been around for a long time in Victorian Village. They have great festival in the summer months. Red, White and Boom you can see the fireworks from the park. Concerts such as Comfest, Music on Sundays in the afternoon. Great meeting place for neighbors too.

This park is great for festivals and it ends there. I was once chased by a homeless man and I just kinda brushed it off. Weird things happen in the city. A few months later, a stranger propositioned me for a sexual encounter. I didn't go back for a good six months and when I decided to go with a... More

Took a nice stroll along the inner circle. We passed gazebo and snapped a few photos. Saw interesting sign poetry on Sundays. Then continued walking and saw a small mound with elephants on top spraying water with trunks. We stopped around 9 am Sunday and there plenty of walkers, walkers with dogs, runners and ducks. Ample seating benches to relax... More

This is a lovely surprise so near the city. It's a nice quiet place to watch the squirrels play or visit the pond with the elephant fountains. There's also a few playgrounds for kiddos to burn some energy.

Thank Heather J
