Excellent arena for the Buckeye Basketball games. Both the men's and the women's teams play here now.

Passion for Ohio State University runs high here, and it can get raucous for a big event. However, for smaller events, the arena is way too big and can resemble a mauseleum at times....More recently, they have been much better about putting students near the court for basketball, which enhances the atmosphere overall...for concerts, acoustics are not too impressive and... We went to see Trans Siberian Orchestra here in December. It was an amazing show and all the screens on the stage were great as well as the lightening and special effects. We had floor seats which were great but it seems like most of the seats here would have been good. My only complaint is the parking. I recommend... More

I have been here twice and the first time I thought the upper level seats were bad but going the second time they don't seem so bad. A little high up but you can see everything. You can purchase food, drinks and even beer. We didn't eat or drink as we had just come from dinner. If you come to... More

The Schott is a great place to watch sporting events. Concerts, a little less so, but then no sport arena is really good for concerts. Seats are too small, with inadequate leg room for anyone over five feet tall, but that is the way with new arenas.

Located on Lane Ave and Olentangey River Rd. You can access it off of State Rt 315. Ample parking is near by ant there isn't a bad seat in the house. For large events expect some traffic delays.

The seating for the Schott was wonderful. I don't think you could have a bad seat. I really enjoyed the view I had for Foreigner and Def Leppard. However the sound was terrible from start to finish. I called the manager of the Schott and she said that there were numerous complaints and started listing them before I even said... More
