Went to the Ohio vs Ohio State basketball game on 11/12/2013. The arena is nice. The seats were kind of small, however this was probably due to being in the first row of permanent seats and having the cup holders in the arm rests. These arm rests in this row were removable by sliding them forward however. The site lines were... More

Went for 2012 Kelloggs Tour of Gymnastics Champions . Family enjoyed it , seating was decent. Food and drink stands lines moved quickly . Well organized function considering all the crowd . The event all went off without a hitch .

Loved this place!!!!! My first visit and was not disappointed with the experience. Attended the American Idol on Tour Concert and it was great. The sound system is fabulous and seating is great. I watch the Buckeyes play basketball games on TV, but would love to experience a live game in arena. Parking was good and all employees did an... More

In February, my Wife and I visited OSU to see The Who. We were about to be married so this was a pre Honeymoon trip. We drove 12 hours to see them. When we got to our seats we noticed a giant bar blocking the stage. My Wife never complains but I had to make this a better experience for... More

Attended a concert at the Schottenstein Center and sat in section 106. The view was terrific as there was a stage in the center of the floor at this concert. As everyone stood almost the entire concert it was crowded in the row. The seats are very close together so everyone in our row was over one seat which led... More

I've been to the Schott only for college hockey games, so this review is primarily about that experience. It's a nice building, on the whole. It's modern, clean, free parking for hockey, OSU spirit shop on site, they've improved the variety at the concession stands over the years. Also large. NHL-sized, in fact. Which is the downfall of the Schott... More

Very nice venue....the venue people were a little ill towards us. They had let everyone in but this one employee asked us how we got there and we tried to explain to him....well he escorted us out of there like we were common criminals.

Have been here for men's and women's basketball game as well as a hockey game. The venue is big, as big as professional sport team venues. Sometimes look on Buckeyes facebook page for discount coupons for food.

Being from Columbus, Ohio December 2012 was the first time I experienced an OSU basketball game. While the arena is amazing, I wouldn't recommend going after the cheap tickets or what some call the nosebleed section...the views aren't that great. Overall still enjoyed spending time with the family in an amazing atmosphere. Rob

What a great atmosphere for college hoops! (It's also a great concert venue!) The food is a bit pricey and not always great, but that goes with the territory for a sports venue. Be sure to walk the lower level to see the Ohio State Athletics Hall of Famers.
