We make it a point to take the kids to the fair each year. While they love to ride the rides, I like going for all the yummy fair food and there is plenty. This year, we took the kids to the Wildlife area where they were able to fish. They are allowed to catch 2 fish pr child which... More

We have gone for several years in a row, skipped 2014, decided to go back this year. It was the same, I don't know what they can do to make it more exciting, but we did not stay long after our 3 1/2 hr one way ride to Columbus. We watched a few show, but did not inspire us to go... More

I attended the Patti Labelle show with my wife her cousin. The show was awesome and we really had a great time.

Very clean. Ride operators were dressed nicely and looked clean. Very friendly people. More than enough information centers and never had to look for something to eat. There were vendors everywhere. We even tried fried butter! No birds or deer because of restrictions but a beautiful area anyway. Cosr for adult was $10 but there are various specials offered during... More

Ah the fair!!! The unique foods (we tried a Oreo funnel cake! It was sweet and delicious!), the rides, pet a few animals, play few games and maybe learn a thing or two about nature and farm life...and if you stay late enough fireworks!

I don't go to many fairs so I don't have a lot to compare ours to. It's great for kids and if you're looking for classic fair food, you'll find it here. There are plenty of rides and a kids area where they have a lot of kid friendly versions of the bigger rides.

It's always fun visiting a state fair. I've been to Wisconsin's, Illinois and now Ohio State Fair and they are all about equally great. I loved the long ride I got on the skyway.

My first experience at the Ohio State Fair was excellent! We had such a awesome time. We picked up discount tickets at Kroger's for $6.00 (4.00 discount). Parking was $5.00. We got there fairly early both days so parking was really easy. Tip - take a pic of where you parked your car. It's easy to forget by end of... More

Attended concert. Peter Frampton/Cheap Trick We wondered around the fairgrounds. The parking area was very organized with a shuttle service. The displays were very informative. Great job.
