Columbus is not the most exciting city, but this is a great place. If you've ever been to the Reading Terminal Market in Philly, it's very similar. There are food vendors, spices, jewelry, desserts, and unique souvenirs. Its also just a short walk from the convention center. Food is locally sourced, which is very big in Columbus.

We always enjoy trips to the North Market. The Polish food booth is outstanding! We bought kielbasa and pierogi for our Easter dinner and it was a real hit with our guests. The spice booth is fantastic too; the vendor really knows his stuff and is super helpful. And the baked goods are amazing. Visiting the North Market never disappoints.

What a lovely place to stop into! Have a taste of everything from pretzels to perogies. Such a cute atmosphere and all staff were very kind at each establishment.

The Asian place has an excellent noodle bowl, it's a must have! There is a great wine/beer place @ the market now where you can sit down & try a brewed beer or a nice glass of wine.

We came upon the North Market completely by chance during a visit to Columbus, and decided to stop in. We were very pleasantly surprised by the wide range of fresh, made-to-order food. It was busy without being too crowded, which we enjoyed. The food was amazing - everything from fresh cut brisket to spicy chicken, from Jeni's ice cream to... More

This was an eclectic mix of eateries with a few shops mixed in. You could find almost anything you want to eat. The main drawback is parking. They have a parking lot but it was full. The closest parking garage charged $10 and we were only at the market for about an hour. During days of good weather there are... More

North Market is a great eatery and shopping hub, without the hub-bub...Food vendors offer ethnic flavors as you circle the indoor portion, from Morrocan, to Polish, to Italian, and Brats! Not to mention the homemade soft pretzels, cinnamon waffles, and numerous other choices. Seating upstairs overlooks vendors. A very friendly place, not to mention the fresh fruits, veges and flowers... More

We have a larger scale farmers market in our area, but I found I like this smaller format better. The layout of the market is perfect, making it easy to see and visit all the vendors. Every vendor is friendly and the variety of items is extensive. Parking is located right in front and reasonable ($1or $2) Nice visit!
