This place will please every taste. From India, Italian, Polish, Asian, you name it. The food is all incredible and great for a bite at lunch or a light dinner before a show. There are also great bakery items, pretzels and breads. Coffee, Spices and beer. It has it all. Same room for Jeni's Ice Cream!!

Oh my goodness, from the food to the spices, breads, and desserts, this place is awesome. I can compare it to Pike Market in Seattle and the market in Vancouver, except that it is smaller. I lamb curry from the Taste of India, it was authentic. Everything everyone ate said their food was really good. I love places like this... More

Foodie paradise! I could spend hours here just wondering from stall to stall. From spices to charcuterie and coffee to champagne it is a great place to spend a couple of hours.

My husband and I visited here on a weekend trip to Columbus. It is a really cool place and all the food looked amazing. The woman at the hot sauce booth was helpful and knew her product very well. We chatted with the man at the butcher counter as well and he was friendly and did not pressure us to... More

Something for every palate and more! Great rustic ambience and bustling activity. Lots of wonderful foodstuffs, spices, flowers and more to pack home as well. A piece of Columbus history that should not be missed. Most vendors will accommodate travelers with handy packaging services. Conveniently located to central downtown.

What a great market this city has. Reminded me of The Westside Market in Cleveland. One can purchase fresh seafood, meats of all kinds, fruits, vegetables, cakes and candies, spices, pastas, freshly prepared foods aplenty and so much more. I wish I had known about this place before we stumbled upon it, I would have gone hungry, very hungry. Check... More

Enjoyed a brief shopping trip Christmas Eve. Fish mArket has the most beautiful cod I have ever seen. Beautiful white at least 4"thick. Calamari, tuna, scallops. All beautiful. Cheese vendor was very helpful and suggested some complementary flavors. Bought Jeni's ice cream and they packed it in dry ice to assure it stays frozen until we get it home. What... More

We were in town staying within walking distance and we read the Omega Artisan Bakery in North Market had the best cinnamon rolls. So we went early on a Saturday (8:30), bought the rolls and walked around. Not many people there that early, and the vendors were still setting up so we were able to browse comfortably. This market is... More

Planning a trip to Columbus, then seek out the North Market. The variety of stands will tempt your palate whether you are shopping for food items or eating in-house. There are also stands selling miscellaneous items from cookware to cards and flowers - even wine and beer! A must to experience!
