It costs $12 or so to get in per person but its well worth it if you love this kind of stuff. Plus they have a glassblower on sight that was great! We actually got to sit and watch and listen to him while he was making a bowl.

Beautiful conservatory with the stunning chihuly pieces adding to the different botanical areas. The glass blowing demo was very well done/informative. Lots of great photo opportunities, nice gift shop with unique items, plus the glass items that are made during the demo class. Priced right with a nice discount for seniors and children(discounted up to 17 years of age). We... More

My wife and I stayed across the street from Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens while visiting Columbus and were amazed at this gem that we had never visited. While we didn't pay to go into the Conservatory itself, there was plenty to see on the grounds. In addition to all the flowers and plants on the grounds, they have... More

This was a gorgeous garden and conservatory. It was peaceful to stroll through and you could really enjoy the beauty of each exhibit. The Chihuly glass art was used to emphasize the beauty of the exhibits and did not overwhelm or distract. The butterflies were a delightful exhibit. So many varieties and you were able to really see them close... More

My favorite thing at the conservatory is the butterfly exhibit. I even bought a membership this year so that I could go back often during the summer to take photos and see all of the wonderful species. That isn't all there is to the conservatory though......there is a glass-blowing demonstration and classes offered to learn to do it yourself. The... More

we visited to see the butterfly exhibit, and we weren't disappointed. Butterflies are farmed, hatched and then released in this beautiful indoor, greenhouse like setting. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to discuss the various species on display. Other than the butterflies there are also exhibits of flora from around the world ranging from the Himalayas the desert. The grounds... More
