I've been taking my kids here since they were little and we love it every time. They have beautiful gardens, educational programs and exhibits, and best of all, the Butterfly Room. You feel like you're walking through a rainforest with all of the tropical plants, and best of all the butterflies. There are so many of them that they fly... More

This is a very pleasant place to visit. Inside there are butterflies, a tropical forest, bonsai and lots of Chilhuly glass. A visiting exhibition of large wooden insects is great. The outside grounds are also beautiful. On weekends there is also a very interesting glassblowing exhibition in the Hot Shop. This was our second visit, our first being a number... More

The conservatory is somewhere I've been many times in all seasons and it is always beautiful. It's decorated for Christmas around the holidays and the outdoor areas are just stunning during the summer months. The butterfly garden is one of our favorite parts!! The cafe is pretty good too, but if you're looking for good food in the area, we're... More

The Conservatory has plants from around the world. There are palms and tropical plants as well as desert plants. They have a room with Bonsai plants some of the plants are very old. The butterfly release was the highlight of our visit. The Conservatory was very hot on the day we visited. There is an exhibit of large "Bugs" sculptures... More

This is my favorite park in all of Ohio. Great for relaxation, site seeing or to visit with our dear friend Lucy. In fact, it's Lucy's favorite place.

We always love going when the Blooms & Butterflies exhibit is there. The butterflies are beautiful. Make sure to go and watch the release of the butterflies. The speaker will talk about each butterfly, let you take pics of them, and answer any questions you may have. The gardens are beautiful and fun for the kids to see.

When my son was born I needed out of the house, but I didnt' feel like he could get much out of most places we went. I started taking him to Franklin Park Conservatory and found it to be the perfect excursion for us. I can walk through most of the exhibits between naps and before he starts crying, he... More

It's a beautiful spot to go sightseeing in Columbus, especially for anyone who doesn't particularly like Ohio's crazy weather but loves to walk around. There are different biomes to see different types of plants so it's a great place to take a stroll at! Great couple/family place!
