My daughter had a salted caramel classic sundae, husband had the one scoop chocolate chunk, and I had the raspberry and mango sorbet (one scoop each). It was good, but for $12+ (for three ice creams?) I would have expected a little more. The "factory tour" is not what we expected. It was more pictures and copies of old menus,... More

This shop is fun and so kid friendly. You just have to plan your visit to not hit peak preschool your hours. Gets crowded quick. They usually have dry ice to buy. Put it in your cooler and have ice cream at your picnic!

The eating are here is just like the vast majority of Graeter's locations. The unique parts are the self-guided tour, the kids play area and the organized tours also offered. The ice cream is just as great as their other locations but we like this for the large, indoor, kids' play area. It it popular and can get crowded at... More

Graeter's never disappoints! The choice in flavors is amazing. It is always compared to Jeni's. We tried that place and will never return. Graeter's is our first choice if we are going out to get ice cream. Friends have had kids do the tour and found it a great way to spend an afternoon complete with free samples.

If you make an unplanned visit there probably isn't a tour. The Graeter's website will explain tour planning options. There is a repeating video you can watch at any time and the information on the video is interesting and informative. Beyond the video viewing area, you can stroll down a hallway with some display cabinets with historical artifacts. The best... More

We decided on this location because of the tour possibility. The tour is self guided and was fine for adults but the kids (5 & 11) just wanted to get to the ice cream. The ice cream is great. We all had sundaes - they have special ones available for kids. There is a playroom with some equipment that the... More

A good free trip from the cold, this is a mini history self guided tour where you enter to watch a short video and read along a trail of ice cream. Nice restaurant inside with friendly staff. Probably not one bad ice cream flavor here, but I like the rasberry chocolate chip the best! The best part was an inside... More

Graeter's custom built this building for themselves - an ice cream factory, a retail ice cream shop, and an indoor kid play area. The tour isn't huge, or very long, but it's interesting and you see exactly how they make their fantastically delicious ice cream. The factory is right inside their huge ice cream store on Bethel Road, as is... More

We took the kids to eat ice cream and play when they needed to get out of the house but it was too cold to do anything outside. Service was great, the ice cream was well worth the money and the kids loved playing in the large play area. The play land was large, very clean and well kept.
