The Short North is definitely worth a visit for its restaurants, bars, art galleries and other small stores. When I lived in Columbus years ago, my place was in a neighbourhood adjacent to the Short North, and it was great to have the Short North within a short walking distance. I went back to Columbus for visits last year and... More

Fun day in Columbus Short North Arts District. Great vintage shops, some boutiques and Art Galleries. We spent about 6 hours in the area including having a nice lunch. I would definitely go again

Lots of cute (but over-priced) shops and restaurants. Nice tourist destination, close to many hotels and North market.

Great little galleries mixed with good restaurants and bars. Wonderful walking area with a great vibe. I would spend a sunny day walking and checking out art, food and drinks. Some places are swanky, some are down to earth. It's all in easy walking distance, and close to downtown, and the OSU college campus. Wonderful way to spend an afternoon

I really like the short North, it has some of the best bars in town, and great shops. But it's really small and I wouldn't recommend devoting a whole day to it.

This is the place to go if you want to enjoy a lovely afternoon out. The selection of shops and restaurants is wonderful. The also have nice little bars along the way to sit and enjoy. On a nice day such as ours you can sit outside and people watch to your hearts content. There is Always something going on.... More

Love this area, so interesting. The gallery's, bars, shops and people are so electric. Parking can be a pain and drinks can be pricey. If you want a fun evening out you need to try it.

The Short North is your typical bar hop for college students. It's not much different from what you find in dozens of other college areas - filled with bars and such. One end of the street is upscale while the other end is pretty sketchy.

Eclectic mix of shops ranging from antiques, to chic to lots of pubs/bars. Could not find a quick coffee shop.
