I have been here a number of times. It is similar to every other arena I have been to. The best part about it is that Lebron is back and playing here.

The Quicken Loans Arena was very easy to get to, even when there was a lot of traffic. Parking was within walking distance. We have seen numerous concerts at the venue.

My husband and I attended a Lake Erie Monsters game here in April, and the staff was very cordial. I have to say, getting around "The Q" can be a little confusing, but staff helped us understand the process to getting to club level seats. I love that they have a "B Spot" inside--haven't tried it there yet (the restaurant... More

This is my 3rd visit to Quickens Loans Arena. I have to say I have always been impressed by the ease of entering and exiting the stadium. Other concert venues I have attended are a total nightmare. The city of Cleveland has a lot to offer. Great Hotels, Restaurants and plenty of affordable parking for the visitor. I always feel... More

I am only here a couple times a year, but I find the staff getting ruder and ruder. Never anything major, just little things that keep adding up. And when you figure in the crazy surcharges on tickets, it is that much more frustrating.

I'm part of a season ticket group for the Cavaliers so I have visited the Q five to ten times a year for the past ten years. We always enjoy our visits to the Q. We usually start with a meal at the B Spot for a Michael Simon burger. The usher for the area where our seats are located... More

I am very late sending this review but am doing so anyway. My boyfriend and I got tickets, to see singers Sade and John Legend, back in July 2011 at this arena in Cleveland, Ohio. Since we were traveling a distance, we opted not to get tickets until the day of the show (we checked the box office the night... More

This was the first game I had ever been to. Bought a pair of tickets off a scalper for $30 after an Indians game. I am not a huge NBA fan, but it was a fun experience in person.

The Arena is very nice and clean. It's a smaller arena, so there aren't any really bad seats in the house. Enjoyed my visit to see that Cavs game!

Saw a concert/show here. The seats and stairways were too steep for me. Seemed like the arena just packed in as many seats as possible to make more money. I'm sure all arenas do that but this one is particularly really bad. I'm scared of heights and I wanted to go home.
