I have gone to concerts and basketball games here. Suggest parking at Tower City and walking through the attached walk way. Tower city offers valet parking also. Close to the new casino.

Loved seeing LeBron play here and now that Mike Brown is back, will be sure to catch a game. It is also good for concerts which come into town.
Went to a Cavs game as part of an event we were sponsoring. Event and venue were fine. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience. Now if only the Cavs were as entertaining :)
The higher up you get in the Arena the smaller the seats get. The concessions are a bit high, $5.25 for a soda. Security at the gate can be a little intimidating. can not bring in any food or drink.
Was here on a Friday night for my daughter's high school band playing before the Cavs. game. Parked in the one parking garage, that had a catwlak right into the arena. Parking price, if I am not mistake it is a city garage, NOT CAVS. owned or operated, price was high $35 special event parking. Staff in the arena was...

Been here for many games since 2003, and one or two games before that. I mostly sit in the Club Section, but have sat right behind the Cavs' bench. The arena is basic, but the games are always fun. They do giveaways during timeouts. Halftime shows aren't always the greatest. The team itself is in a rebuilding mode and should...

The Q is nice - well maintained - but just like a big arena in any other mid-sized city. They should make it more "Cleveland."
We came here for the Miami vs. Cleveland game. It was a good game. This arena has so many shops, restaurants, and concession stands. Everyone we talked to was nice. The bathrooms were clean and there was a lot of security. We will be back next year for another NBA game.
Sitting here in Row 1, center court, it just doesn't get any better! Well, it could have been better had the Cavs not lost a 26 point lead to lose to the Miami Heat tonight (March 20, 2013).
The buffet was not great and though you get beer and wine with your ticket, the choices were poor and we ended up buying the better brands anyway. The seats themselves are right behind the basket and that's just not our favorite spot. But the regular club seats on the sidelines with in seat food and beverage service are killer.
