A very nice venue for concerts! You can see the stage well from pretty much anywhere and with the jumbotron, being seated at a distance from the stage isn't so bad! Acoustics are decent. Dining options are great! B Sot, Quaker, Steak & Lube, Rocco's Nacho's and Tacos, a BBQ place and more! Plenty if other choices too within easy... More

My son and I went to two games at the Q after being lifelong Cavs fans. We were not disappointed. The first night, we stayed in the area, so it was a short walk to the arena. The second we were staying in the suburbs, so we drove in and found a good parking place a block away for $15,... More

The excitement of an NBA game was fun. The ticket prices are outrageous and forget about finding a vendor to serve you. Section 110, good seats, second level, is supposed to have vendors. Saw one or two during the whole game. I don't know how they pack in the attendance other that corporate sponsors entertaining guests and clients. An average... More

Quicken Arena and the Cavaliers really provide great entertainment. Every time out / quarter break etc included some type of entertainment such as cheerleaders, giveaways, and more was a very very entertaining night!! Enjoyed by the whole family.

There are plenty of good seats to view from most of the arena. Parking is expensive nearby. Then again all everything at the Q is overpriced.

Went to see a basketball game, arena is very nice and clean. Doesn't matter where you sit you will have a good descent view. The staff is so nice, security, vendors were all very nice and helpful!

got a $14 ticket to see Lake Erie Monsters lose to San Antonio, great fun regardless, they only sell the lower bowl, guarantees good sight lines no matter where one sits, Great for kids & families

Highly disappointed with the suite package I purchased through the DrugMart ProPoints Program. Food and beverage ran out quickly. Additional pizza was offered without beverages. Hostess Emily Slaven did not greet anyone, leave instruction or even a menu for ordering food, and talked around us to the caterer without making eye contact. When caterer asked if she could bring us... More

Music, sports, special events... It's easy to find with many parking options (some are pricey for my taste). It's a pretty clean facility, food prices are of course at a premium but eating out before or after your event only extends the fun in the city.
