They close off the upper deck for hockey, so the Q seems more intimate and definitely nobody is far from the action then! The location is handy in downtown, near the Hyatt Regency where I stayed and near many restaurants. I don't care for basketball but I'm sure it serves that well, too.

My brother and I drove from North Carolina to watch LeBron and the Cavs face the Spurs last week. Quicken Loans Arena is awesome. We especially loved the packed house and the player introductions (where LeBron says, "There's no place like home"). Our only problem was the location of our seats. We paid $200 apiece for lower level tickets on... More

Love the ease of getting in and out of the arena. Arena has handrails to make getting to and from your seating area easier. Plus plenty of options for food and drinks.

Bartenders free pour, don't see that very often in arena. With Lebron back i think it will always be a great place to watch a game

My wife and I attended a concert here last week, and I have to say that the personalized attention received prior to arrival, and then after was very good, and unexpected. I am guessing it is a software program that is similar to how many of the hotel brands now use pre and post arrival, but I was not expecting... More

Visiting Cleveland for the first time attending a large conference. I agree with reviewer George B from Dayton - I too was impressed by the ease of entering and exiting the Arena. We had a FULL house, and I never felt lost in the crowds. Surprisingly, as a female, I never had to wait more than a a couple minutes... More

what could be better a game with LeBron, Moondog and a fabulous hamburger from Michael Symon's B Spot doesn't get better than this. Super easy parking or come down by rapid and not worry about the drive home.

saw Katie Perry there and everything went very smooth, clean and well organized compared to other places I have been to. as everywhere the women's toilets were totally not enough but this is the only thing. Food was good there but 3 burgers and 3 beers were 67 US$.

This is a great and well maintained arena. There isn't a bad seat in the house and when this place gets rockin' look out!
