I don't have anything to compare it to, this was our first on ice show, but everything was great. Our hotel was within walking distance so getting to and from the Q was painless. For people driving it looked like a nightmare, but that seems to be the norm when you pack that many people into one building. I think... More

These seats were great we got to high five all the Cavs players! The 6th row seems further back than other arenas. The screens for the game are big and clear. The arena itself needs a upgrade. Not a lot of exciting places to eat. Eat before the game. Its a good place to watch a game.

We traveled were on a family holiday and went especially to Cleveland to watch the Cavs v Rockets game and to see LeBron. It stared well be LeBron being out injured. But the arena is a great spot to watch the game. The entertainment is also right up there. We had a great time at the game.

We have been the the Q a few times this years for Cavs games and other events. We usually park in the attached garage for Cavs games, but get there EARLY as it fills up quick.

A BITTERLY COLD WEDNESDAY NIGHT IN JANUARY. I had purchased a pair of tickets through a third-party vendor and the total cost was $240. Our seats were mid-court, 1st Row, Upper Bowl against the Houston Rockets. In my opinion, that's pricy, and here's why. We quickly found our seats (SEC 209, ROW 1, SEATS 9/10) about 30 minutes before tip-off... More

Took the kids to see frozen on ice. We were pretty darn high up but had a perfect view. The staff made everything run smooth and went out of their way to make the customers feel welcome whether offering a smile or a friendly comment on how beautiful the kids looked all dressed up. A smooth entry and exit -... More

We went with family to watch the Lake Eerie Monsters ice hockey game. We were visiting from Australia and this was our first ice hockey game. What a great family night out, really enjoyable. Great arena, very helpful staff. Seats were perfect, could see the game easily and also helped by massive screens at every angle. Kids just loved it... More

Decent arena, good sightlines to the court. Space in seats are a little bit smaller, where I was sitting my knees were pretty much at the back of the persons head in front of me. Cavaliers store was far too packed with people and merchandise, long lines to buy anything so we didn't. Food is average with one exception -... More

This is hands down one of the easiest arenas I have been to. Accessed by several manors- parking and getting to/from is easy. Once inside ample escalators make up and down easy resulting in fewer flights of stairs to climb. My only complaint is food options have less variety and quality than what you would expect.

Seats are great in the lower bowl. Great and fun atmosphere! Always have a great time when coming to watch the Cavs play!
