Great trails. Most are well marked, just a few spots where they are not, but overall well-maintained and lots of guideposts. A lot of beauty, many squirrels & chipmunks, may even see a deer or two. Have also seen owls, hawks, & herons.

This was almost on my doorstep. I returned time after time throughout the different seasons. Wonderful walking and hiking trails as well as plenty of routes to ride. Beautiful trees, wonderful wildlife. Lots of events during the year.

Brilliant nature centre - possibly one of the best I've enjoyed - with friendly, knowledgeable staff, superb exhibits and a great bird feeding station too. Walks long and short, wander or stride at will..

A large park with many trails. Squire's castle is always a fun place to visit as well as the nature center and the duck pond. Take time to really explore the park.

Trails are well maintained and there are miles and miles of trails throughout the North Reservation. There are three ponds in this area that have lots of wildlife. The off-paved trails are well kept and easy to follow. Squires Castle provides a great lawn for a picnic or pictures.

North Chagrin Reservation is a great place for nature lovers. With lots of well marked trails you can comfortably go hiking without worrying that you will end up in Pennsylvania. I did four trails in one morning which I picked using the maps that are placed around the park. There were lots of people in the park but you wouldn't... More

I would suggest that for first time travelers, if you are driving from the south, park at the North Chagrin Metro Park just off Wilson Mills Road (we drove from Beachwood). There are other parking lots further north in the reservation but if you are unfamiliar with the territory like us, you might feel a little lost. In addition, if... More

Love this park! Great walking/biking paths, horse trails and educational building. My kids enjoyed this when they were young and even now as they are getting older.

Needed something to do for a couple hours on a Friday afternoon with my five kids. This park is beautiful and convenient to get to. We did a few of the trails. Only comment is that the trails are poorly marked and we wound up wandering off of one trail onto another without realizing it.
