It hosts 7 wonderful broadway shows per year that are no less than the ones in NYC for half the cost. It's nearby great downtown restaurants too.

Flashdance is actually touring before going to Broadway and it's going to get rave reviews because unlike the movie which had 4 different people performing in the audition scene this talented singer/dancer does it all!

Was looking forward to seeing Clybourne Park @ The Cleveland Playhouse; unfortunately, I found that tickets for people over 35 years of age were required to pay nearly 3x the price that those under 35 years of age were paying. Example: Students < 24 years ($15); Patrons 35 years of younger ($25); Patrons > 35 years ($72). Needless to say,... More

Went to The Kem/Chrissette Michelle concert. They put on an excellent show. I don't believe there was a bad seat in the house. Had a wonderful time. Can't wait to go again.

Saw Woody and it was excellent. Took part in a hootnanny after the show in the lobby and was impressed with the quality of talent. A great afternoon in a beautiful old theatre.

We are so lucky to have the group of theaters we call Playhouse Square. Each of them is unique and offer a great variety of shows to see...... Concerts, plays, lectures, etc. 2nd only to Broadway

Just saw Venus in Fur - the actors were phenomenal even if the play gets a little preachy at the end. I have been a member for 35 years. Some plays were exceptional and some real dogs but a night out to the theater is always a pleasure.

Well done productions of well chosen plays. If you are tired of Disney on Broadway, you have come to the right place.
