Tower City, within the past decade, has fallen into a depressing phase of it's history. The infrastructure is still beautiful and grand (especially around the holidays). However, the retail and food court have now become a showcase of the underprivileged side of Cleveland's inner-city. What was formerly Gap, J.Crew and Radio Shack is now a desolate and empty dead space... More

The observation deck of the Terminal Tower is worth the trip! Sky high views in all directions! Once the tallest building in downtown CLE it was a hub for the rail traffic serving the midwest. Now it stands as the long standing matron, overlooking the newly rebuilt Public Square, Tower City food, shopping, high end hotels and a casino. I... More

Not impressed by the shops but the architecture is amazing. Loved the waterfall and guitars decorating the main mall.

There is a mall like setting with many descent shopping opportunities. I recommend looking up at the old architecture and detail of the original building. There are brass fixtures and many details that are missed by not taking the time to look about. By all means travel to the observation deck and see the view of a lifetime and Canada... More

Always enjoyed going to the terminal tower as a kid. Sure has changed, lots of hoodlums walking around in the evening and creepiers outside begging for money or cigarettes. I don't dare venture there after 6-7pm. Such a shame,

If interested in a nice view of downtown Cleveland from a high rise place, this is the place to visit The observation deck, is very old in style, nice views, some interrupted by new sky-rise towers buildings that block you view but still a good place to visit. Only one observation regarding the observation deck: pleas the windows glasses should... More

The tower rises magically downtown, and it's cool to know at one time it was the tallest building around. They've converted most of the lower floors into a huge shopping mall, and the train is in the lowest level. The beautiful ceilings are worth a stop in. Lots of security roaming around, but yes the outside areas you should be... More
