Fantastic view from the top of the tower on the observation deck, difficult to find info online but tickets are about $5 per person. Views of Lake Eerie are awesome along with views of the downtown area and the suburbs. Theres also a mall down below in the main section. I would highly reccomend!

I had the opportunity to stay at the Terminal Tower Rennaisance.....what a throw back in time with wonderfully intact original lobby historic architecture from the early 1900's and a stage set for the early development of beautiful downtown Cleveland. Rooms are updated and typical caliber of a Rennaisance. Front Desk Staff was wonderful everytime I approached and location to both... More

The Terminal Tower is the crown jewel of Cleveland. There is an observation deck open to the public on the weekends. The views are outstanding. There are two attached hotels, a walkway to The Q, a ho-hum shopping mall and an outstanding casino. The casino is in the historic Higbee Building. The department store may be long gone, but many... The 360 degree views of Cleveland and Lake Erie from the observation deck of the Terminal Tower are breath taking. Watch cargo ships as they traverse down the river after exiting Lake Erie. Experience a view unlike any other of Public Square from your vantage point. The tour is more than worth the $5 or $6 admission. Be sure to... More

It's a beautiful building and nice shops in it. However, the observatory just opens on weekends. So we couldn't get up there and enjoy the view

My husband took me here for Valentine's day. The views of the city were pretty fabulous! There were bits of Cleveland history that you could read about while walking around the nice views. Definitely recommend!

After spending a lifetime in and around Cleveland, I finally made it to the observation deck. It was the best $5 I ever spent in Cleveland. Even on a cloudy day, the view was endless. Great photo opps! The Terminal Tower itself is still a striking piece of art deco architecture - inside and out. There was plenty of foot... More

We visited the Terminal Tower Observation Deck on a beautiful May Sunday. We could really see out for miles in all directions. It is a bit confusing on where to meet for the tour so the best suggestion I have is to enter on the north entrance off of Public Square.

The building is beautiful with impressive architecture. Walked around all areas and took as many photos as I could to get a feel for the history of the building. While taking photos in the main lobby, a Cleveland City Police office kindly asked me to stop taking photos. His reasons ranged from the tenants not wanting photos taken of their... More
