The observation deck is open on Saturdays and offers a fantastic view of the Cleveland metro area. I found it fun exploring the neighborhoods and finding landmarks. At a relaxed pace it's an interesting way to slow down life and enjoy the sights without dealing with traffic. Towards the south you can see Collision Bend on the Cuyahoga River. Its... More

Great place to see all of Cleveland! The views are incredible. I'm a lifelong resident & my husband & I finally went to see it. We ordered our tickets online (I highly recommend doing that & then you save time when you get there) tickets were around $6. They sell them by the half hour, and half an hour is... More

I was walking about the downtown and mostly heading to the 'Warehouse District' for lunch and I noticed that there was a lot of construction happening in the area of the main square that has the Soldiers' and Sailor's Monument and I didn't feel like shopping, and that's what this area is known for as well as the nice hotels... Adequate shopping in a very clean historic environment. There is a food court with basic food fair but no really nice sit down restaurants. There is the Hard Rock Café which offers decent food and lots of beverages. The staff here was very friendly and efficient.

New in town? This is the place to start! Come in from the airport via the Rapid. Check-in at your Hotel. Do some shopping at Tower City Center, grab a bite to eat, check-out the awesome Horseshoe Casino. Maybe a relaxing movie at Cleveland Cinemas, home of the Cleveland International Film Festival,

The observation deck was closed in the 80's when the railroad had the space where the deck is located and wouldn't allow tourists due to security concerns. Ah, that's the way with railroads. Now, it's open and definitely worth the time and very reasonable $5 fee. You can see 360 degrees around the city and spot lots of buildings, parks,... More

Recently visited the observation deck of Terminal Tower/Tower City Mall complex. Must get tickets at mall management office then go to front of building (public square) to desk for directions to observation deck. The deck is on the 42nd floor. On a clear day, you can see far out into the lake and the layout of the streets and the... More

Went there over July 4th weekend. Almost everything is closed by 6pm. It's a very nice historical building to visit. But go early if you want to visit any shop's.
