I walked into the lobby Thursday afternoon and heard quiet music from upstairs...there was a big sign on the stairway that said, "CLOSED. Do Not Enter." I walked around the sign and up the curved stairs. There was a very strong gate at the top of the stairs to make SURE I didn't "enter," but I was able to enjoy... More

The best orchestra in the United States. The building is beautiful, but the quality of the musicianship is beyond magnificent.

They're known around the world for a reason - the musicians play with not only precision, but with emotion.

Cleveland is so fortunate to have an orchestra of this caliber in its city. To listen to the orchestra play its music while sitting in Severance Hall which is beautiful and built for the sounds of an orchestra, is awesome. I highly recommend the Christmas concerts as those are well done with the chorus. A definite must while in Cleveland!

I have never attended a concert at Severance Hall by the Cleveland Orchestra or Pops that I haven't thoroughly enjoyed. World class music and setting.

If you're not a fan of orchestra but like history and/or architecture, you definitely need to schedule a tour of Severence Hall. It underwent a phenomenal restoration several years back and it is an extremely unusual and beautiful facility. Same goes for tour of Playhouse Square in downtown Cleveland---which is the largest theater district in the US outside of Broadway!... More

World class orchestra. We should all go to their concerts more often, and bring our out of town guests.

I love this building! Not only was the music great but the setting is lovely. It is just as good as going to a play. The orchestra & building architecture are wonderful to watch and look at. Very entertaining.

If you are a student, and you have a student ID, you can buy a ticket of top 5 orchestra in US with $10. Also you can observe during their rehearsal for free, it's amazing experience.
