The Cleveland Orchestra and Severance Hall are, quite simply, in the very top of the top tier of classical music experiences. If you are in or near Cleveland, it should be a priority. The orchestra is superlative. I've visited many of the great concert halls in the US and Europe, and Severance is more beautiful than any except perhaps the... More

The Cleveland Orchestra is world-renowned, and you should make it a priority to see while in Cleveland. Tickets are very reasonable, and Severance Hall is a stunning concert hall. The best (and usually most expensive) seats are supposed to be in the dress circle. Get here early, as you will not be allowed to sit after the concert has started... More

It is a great idea for TCO to do a few concerts at Severance Hall during the summer!!!! I'm a Blossom subscriber but sometimes I just don't like driving so far and fighting that traffic nightmare (like the gridlock for Yo-Yo Ma the next day).... Loved every glorious minute of the concert which was played without intermission. Can't wait to... More

The Cleveland Orchestra is one of the top three orchestras in the world. They are impeccable. Severance Hall is a beautiful art deco building, recently restored and glorious. There is no excuse for not hearing a concert here! And children under 18 are free, which is a real bargain. There are no bad seats in the house. It's acoustically fantastic.... More

There's nothing better for a relaxing afternoon or evening than sitting in the beautiful Severance Hall and listen to the Cleveland Orchestra. Music, singers and sometimes sing-a-longs. Highly recommended.

If you are in Cleveland at any point, visiting Severance Hall to see the Cleveland Orchestra is an absolute must. My wife and I frequent shows and always grab something good to eat in University Circle. This is world class performance in a beautiful setting!
