Whatever you need this market has. It's wonderful to look around and see all ethnic types available. Be a smart shopper and look around first to see who is offering the best prices first. Happy shopping!

The commonalities of the West Side Market and those indoor markets in Eastern Europe, particularly that of Budapest, is striking. One can purchase various different types of sausages, meats and ethnic foods. Also, located in the side building, are dozens of fruit stands, offering locale produce as well as that from thousands of miles away. The sights and smells of... More

It'll make you want to move to Ohio City just to be able to shop here weekly, at least. Meats, breads, cheeses, and olives of wondrous variety and unfailing quality.

We love the market, and visit many times each year. Great meat and cheese selections inside. We particularly like The Pork Chop Place and the smoked meats in the NW corner (can't remember their name at the moment). The pizza bagels are great, and the popcorn place (with free samples) is delicious! We take extra caution now with the produce... More

This is a really great farmer's market to check out to grab something to eat. I'm from Philly and its very similar to Reading Terminal. It seems like you can find stands representing any cuisine that you want Its a pretty cool experience to check out as it was a place I definitely wanted to check it out while in... More

I was there to kill time, ended up buying 3 quarts of blueberries for $5 and 3 pints of raspberries for $3, ate a great falafel wrap and sampled some cheese from vendors. I'd like to be back to spend more time in and around the market on my next visit to Cleveland.

I loved this place. A restored historic market with wonderful produce, fish, beef, pork, chicken, and more. Reasonable prices. Easy parking. Buy your food when you are in Cleveland here. I wish we had a place like this in San Diego.

nearly overloaded with all the options available. don't buy at the first place you see, as there are many options for the same food products, and prices can vary a little.

Walking in, we ran a gauntlet of beautiful produce. Impressive but not much different than our Saturday Farmer's Market at home. Then into the main market. Boom. A blast of sight and smells and people and products. Lots of sausages and meats. Every type of bacon imaginable including beef which I'd never seen before. And fish. And bread. And pastries.... More
