Cleveland is rich in history....from 1880 to 1910 fifty percent of the Millionaires lived in Cleveland. Rockerfella started Standard Oil here....The Trolley is fun and informative. It is the second best way to see Cleveland....so what is the best tour? The Cleveland Cabby Sight-seeing Tour is too much fun....Cleveland Tommy drives you around in a 1995 Town Car...he has lived... Last year at about this same time we took the 1-hour tour, but had some extra time so we decided to do the 2.5 hour. Really worth it! Our tour guide Jim was knowledgeable and informative, with a great sense of humor. We saw parts of the city we had never seen before and we definitely plan to return!

We intended to take the 2.5 hour tour, but it was already booked for the day, so we took the quick tour. We enjoyed it. We learned about the town. The guide kept it interesting and took a special request to take us by the baseball stadium and basketball arena, which were not on the original tour.

We really enjoyed the ride for many reasons. Our driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained a lot of history of the area, as well as current events. We saw an awful lot in a two hour tour. It gave us some ideas for places we would like to explore further. I have driven through the city a lot.... More

I did the 2.5 hour tour - great value at $20 and a huge amount of interesting information. There's a 10-min stop about 90 mins through, good chance to stretch your legs (leg room isn't overly generous). Tour starts at the same bldg. as where the aquarium is located - the aquarium advertises a promotion where you can save $4... More

I love to learn about the city! I have this review 3-stars because of the comfort of the ride. The tour isn't really something I would suggest for small children. The seats have no leg room for adults (I'm over 6 feet tall) especially for two hours. The one driver we had needs a little diversity training. Some of the... More

This was a great way to get our bearings in Cleveland. The historic information was very interesting and contemporary information was very helpful in later choosing restaurants and sights. We also had an excellent idea of what was walking distance and what was not. I think if you are new to Cleveland and want to get a lay of the... More

I was born, raised and have worked in Cleveland and I thought I knew this town! Not so! The tour was very interesting and offered lots of updated information. It made me even prouder than I was of being a Clevelander!

My wife and I travel quite a bit and almost always take advantage of "get to know the area" tours such as the double-decker bus tour in London or buggy ride in Charleston, SC. Although -- or maybe because -- we've lived in Cleveland most of our lives, we never thought to do the same in our own home town.... More

by taking the 2.5 hour tour on Lolly the Trolley. Interesting information on the history of the older and newer buildings, neighborhoods, and cultural areas such as Playhouse Square and University Circle. Sadly, only 4 of the original mansions are left on the old Millionaire's Row. The owners stipulated in their wills to have the mansions tore down soon after... More
