This was a great way to get our bearings in Cleveland. The historic information was very interesting and contemporary information was very helpful in later choosing restaurants and sights. We also had an excellent idea of what was walking distance and what was not. I think if you are new to Cleveland and want to get a lay of the... More

I was born, raised and have worked in Cleveland and I thought I knew this town! Not so! The tour was very interesting and offered lots of updated information. It made me even prouder than I was of being a Clevelander!

My wife and I travel quite a bit and almost always take advantage of "get to know the area" tours such as the double-decker bus tour in London or buggy ride in Charleston, SC. Although -- or maybe because -- we've lived in Cleveland most of our lives, we never thought to do the same in our own home town.... More

by taking the 2.5 hour tour on Lolly the Trolley. Interesting information on the history of the older and newer buildings, neighborhoods, and cultural areas such as Playhouse Square and University Circle. Sadly, only 4 of the original mansions are left on the old Millionaire's Row. The owners stipulated in their wills to have the mansions tore down soon after... More

I live in Cleveland. At the outset of the tour I was expecting to see more clearly what I drive past every day. I was so wrong. This is a very informative, interesting tour. I learned so much about my home town of Cleveland. We took the 2.5 hour tour in the afternoon. It was a 90 degree Cleveland afternoon.... More

took the 2.5 hour tour. My back was real sore after from the uncomfortable and cramped wooden seats .(get some padded seats gosh!) Good sights, wish we had time to see botanical gardens. must make reservations ahead. Unfortunately the only tour bus in Cleveland.

I used to travel for work and one of the things I would do when I went to a new city was take a city tour - like the "duck" tours in DC and Boston - this city tour is in a motorized "trolley". I have found that these tours can really set you up for enjoying a city to... More

I was glad we took this tour, it was both interesting and fun. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and extremely cordial. We learned a lot in a one hour tour and then explored the places we thought were worth a second glance. Make sure you park at the powerhouse where you pick up the trolley, the flats is not... More

All ideas I had about Cleveland were replaced by pure enjoyment and enticement to experience as much of this wonderful city as I could by my Lolly the Trolley 2 and 1/2 hour tour. When a guide convinces you she is enjoying narrating the tour, then the traveler has the first step for a wonderfully successful tour.It seemed the entire city was...
