it was nice to park and be able to do multiple activities in one stop. Very close to MLK parkway, which was nice just to drive up and down and take pictures. Also close to a park area with a children's playground and a fountain, including a path trailing the perimeter of the water. We even met some very friendly... More

My wife and I both graduated from CWRU, mid last century. Boy has it grown. Area houses the university, Severance Hall, home of the Cleveland Symphony, the Cleveland Museum of Art, the Botanical Gardens, the Western Reserve Historical Society with its air and auto section, the Natural History Museum and probably other attractions that I have not included. This is... More

Felt like a very nice safe area. The Cleveland Botanical Garden gave it a sense of fulfillment or perfection and balance with nature in a way. Hard to describe.

Nice area to walk around, get a sense of the intellectual, artistic Cleveland, not the Cleveland of problems and distress. Interested in the buildings and history. Wish there had been a good walking tour. (If there was, we didn't jhear about it.)

During the summer there is always something going on. This past weekend was circle fest and they had food vendors, live music, and 2 dozen or more crafts and activities for kids. The parking can get very hectic so be prepared the closer you get to the area the worse off the traffic and parking will be. But its such... More

great area in the winter! winterfest is a good time. ice skaters, wagon rides, ice carvers, free admission to the botanical gardens with the gingerbread houses. and the art museum is one of the best anywhere -- and it is FREE!

Extensive art collection of all media in a beautiful, newly renovated building. A courtyard is available for concerts as well as lunch and dinner.

We walked about the Circle between visits to the museums in the area. There is some public art work (standard), a lovely little amphitheatre-ish space (not in use that day), a visitor's kiosk (not open that day), a gate into the Botantical Garden (locked that day), plenty of trash and recycling bins, and a few benches scattered about.
