The Museum only had a piece or two of many of the prominent artists in any genre. Plus, they were having a special event so we had to wind our way around the bottom level just to find our way out:(

Great museum with fine exhibits. Kids LOVED the balloon exhibit-something about displacing space or air or whatever. Either way it was pretty cool and a must do. You cannot beat the price--it is FREE. Everyone needs to visit this museum it is your cultural duty to mankind!

It has taken long time to renovate and add new buildings, but their job is done very well so far. I believe the atrium is one of the most comfortable and sophisticated areas in Cleveland. We got lunch from Provenance Cafe and ate in the atrium. Only one problem was that we needed to wait for "Work No. 965: Half... More

We live 3 hours away and hadn't heard about the Museum, but saw that it was highly rated on Trip Advisor. We were in town for a couple days and thought we would visit the museum for a couple hours, especially since there was no cost for admission. Those two hours flew by and though there is a cafe on... The renovation is so beautiful. We loved the exhibits. WE happened to be there on the first Fri. of the month when they have a happy hour party w/music and bar. Will go back for that.

Such an amazing place to visit. Growing up in DC and having access to art was such a perk and now I can experience the grandeur here in Cleveland. It truly is an amazing collection of pieces and the design of the building, especially with the new atrium is inspiring - plus it's free! Such a great place, a must... More

Great collection of priceless classics in a new, refreshing venue. Picasso, Tiffany, Monet, great porcelains, Van Gogh. Not one painting, rooms full of artists. Ancient Egypt, Byzantium. The collection is amazing.

Superb collection -- even though the recent addition/renovation is not yet complete, the collection currently available to the public is superb. The new atrium which encloses the back of the original 1916 building is a delight. Excellent cafe and restaurant; well stocked gift shop Free admission but you pay for parking. Very friendly staff.

A wonderful collection of art in a stunning building that is being expanded dramatically. It's all surrounded by the amazing University Circle neighborhood of parks, museums, educational and medical institutions. And unlike any other great art museum in the country, it has free admission!

The renovations are very well done. The new atrium takes you breath away. The exhibit hall show off the art as never before. The additional space allows more masterpieces to be displayed. The lighting and traffic flow is world class.
