for the Cohasset Express, a 1.5 hour trolley ride through Mill Creek Park. The park was Ohio's first park district, founded by Volney Rogers. The tour guide provided a lot of historical information on the park and its progress through the years, the problems with park visitors feeding the geese, and interesting features such as Lanterman's Mill and the Cinderella... Park seems to go on forever. Two 18 hole golf courses. Lots of trails for walking and biking. Get a park map before going around the park it's easy to get lost and end up in a residential area.

This is a beautiful and extensive place to visit for those who enjoy the outdoors, with waterfalls and trails of varying degrees of difficulty. There is an old mill that is now working for the history buffs.

You wouldn't believe a park this great would be in a city. It's a lovely place not a lot of traffic so you can get away from the city and enjoy nature. So much to do, I recommend the paddle boats, they are a lot of fun to take out on the lake and the kids enjoy it..

Had a great time at the family reunion. We rent the Stuttgart Pavilion every year and the setting is perfect for young and more advanced members of our Sweeny Hancock family.

The park runs for about 8 miles or so from Canfield Ohio on the south end to Downtown Youngstown on the North. There are 3 lakes and dozens of little gardens and scenic views on both sides of the creek that gives the park its shape. Flora, fauna fish and birds its all here.

Mill Creek Park is a 'MUST SEE" when visiting Youngstown and the surrounding area. As the name suggests, it's a long meandering park that extends from near downtown Youngstown into the suburb of Boardman, south for about 10 miles. The park has many roads and at least twice as many hiking trails. There are 3 seperate lakes and a public... More

Even a drive through this beautiful park takes you on a journey. The landscapes and forests are breath taking! Such a relaxing place. The Davis gardens are spectacular and the Glacier Lake is delightful. A must see if you are in the area!
