Great little museum dealing with local wildlife and even an area for locally rescued critters. Free museum is very kid friendly and located right across the street from Huntington Beach. Open year round too.

We brought our 11 and 8 year olds to the Lake Erie Nature and Science Center. We spent about three hours there, including a show in the planetarium. All the exhibits were interesting and informative. This is a free outing except for a small fee for the planetarium.

Lake Erie Nature Center is located on the edge of the Cleveland Metro Parks making it an ideal location to share nature with children and adults. It is a beautiful facility, well laid out so easy to get around ( inside and out), and programs are always offered giving kids opportunities to explore the world around them. It is a... More

The Lake Erie Nature and Science Center is a staple of the Bay Village community and also the greater Cleveland community. Nestled in the Huntington Woods Metro Park the center features a wide array of animals easily accessible with docents and other volunteers to enhance your visit.

While small, it was fun to see the animal exhibits. We didn't go to the planetarium (there was a fee for that, otherwise the center is free). It's right by the Huntington Reservation and I was happily surprised that there is a .1 mile trail right outside (Bunny Trail) that even our toddler could walk for his first hiking experience.

By far one of the most under-rated spots in Cleveland. Just 20 min. from down town in Bay (where I live) - this is one of my family's favorite spots to go. It's not huge, but offers a lot of interesting things to see and do. My daughter loves going here and seeing all the animals. (she loves the turtles... More

I enjoyed seeing and learning about the local wildlife. It is a great place for children. The live animal displays, especially the snakes, are interesting.

Didn't know this was here but followed the signs from Lakeside and there it was. The facilities looked well maintained and the exhibits were interesting. Looks like a good place for kids but enjoyable for all ages.
