My husband and I thought we would check out this casino and resort. Should have known when I called it wasn't top notch. I was quoted 79.95 on the phone. Then when we got there she said 99.95. So then she was not to nice when i said something. We were a bother cuz she had to "find" us a... More

Went out to casino for there special Valentines Day seafood night! Everything including the King crab and shrimp was cold..very disappointing for the $20.00 they charged. The best thing of entire meal was the Fondue and fruit.

Wow, me and wife came from minot Nd and it was worse experience I had, the security and I think they are casino housekeepers gossip about customers and are very very rude, I overheard a lot of staff talk about the local people and coworkers like its a high school, and the slots are very tight not a good place... Rooms were dirty, the staff was unfriendly, and they charge you extras at checkout. We had some parents and kids stay for hockey in Devils Lake. The kids ( 12yr olds ) swam and had fun in the pool, until they hung the hotel towels on the balcony to dry. The following morning we were checking out and were told... More

The desk clerk Joanie is a witch the minute you walk in. We had to have housekerping change bedding because it was OBVIOUS they weren't clean from previous guest. The $7 buffet is horrible. The walls are super thin so we were annoyed from the couples activities in the next room. Then at 6:30am we were woke up by a blaring... More

I'm not sure why so many people complain about the food at the casino. We had brunch there this past Sunday and for $7/pp it was well worth the money. They don't have a big variety and the crab legs weren't the best but I honestly can't complain for the amount we paid. My best friend's husband ate three plates... More

I seriously don't understand why people are complaining. For one thing it is A DRY RESERVATION. So obviously they arent gonna server alcohol. For another its a smoking casino. So of course the casino area is gonna smell like smoke so may as well get over that. I eat at the buffet quite often and I like the food, its... More

My recent 2 night stay at Spirit Lake Casino was not horrible, but they are definitely lacking in the customer service department. My room was clean and comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep both nights. I enjoyed the pool area, but I was not able to go down the slide as many times as I would have liked... More

Two of us stayed at the hotel on July 1 and 2. The casino itself was very clean and the slot machines were - well, slot machines. We didn't go with the expectations of making a pile of money, but we did have an enjoyable time. The buffet was a bit disappointing as the main courses were cold but the... More
