We were lucky enough to attend a Long Table Degustation, hosted by Mark Lloyd and Alex Sherrah to celebrate 20 years of Llloyd: Llloyd Reserve Shiraz 1990 & 2010. Head Chef: Tom Reid did a magnificent job in production of a seven course menu sourced from some of the the finest South Australian producers including Coriole Estate Olive Oil and Goats... More

This is a fine winery for tasting and buying very good Australian wines. The Viognier was disappointing (too little acid) but the Shirazs we tasted were excellent. Consider seriously the $55 bottles if available and if you have time to lay them down for a year or two. Exceptional single vineyard wines.

A lovely winery and a brilliant drive up to the cellar door. The wines were not bad, but that's a preference. Staff were fantastic and if you get there at sunset ahhhh what a view!!

My experience with Coriole Winery was fantastic from the moment I first contacted them to book my group of 10 for a Sunday lunch. The staff and the head chef at Coriole were all extremely polite, thoughtful and accommodating to my requests. We were given the private wine room with lovely French doors and views of the vineyard, which was... More

Beautiful winery in a lovely setting with great views. Fabulous lunch at this winery set in pleasant gardens with views over the surrounding vineyards. Has a tasting room where you can go and make your choice of wine to accompany your meal. Food was a cold collation which felt just right on a warm autumn day. Recommended

The Estate vineyards are made up of predominantly Shiraz, planted as early as 1919. There are a variety of different vines planted at Coriole with about 65% Shiraz, 10% Sangiovese, 5% Chenin and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Other varieties are Fiano, Grenache, Barbera, Montepulciano, Merlot and Semillon. There are in total 25 different vineyards from 90 years old to 3 years... More

I recently visited Coriole with some friends. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable about the wine. We bought some cheese, crackers and olives from the cellar door and sat outside on the patio with a bottle of vine. It is a really nice setting and worth going to, even if just for a tasting.

We have just been there as part of a vintage wine tasting day, the service was very slow - we resorted to serving ourselves! And the when we did taste them, all bar one were tipped straight into the bucket! I have never had a worse waste of $10.
