The park is beautifully appointed and the walk to the falls is awesome but not for the faint hearted. There are 100's of steps to the bottom of the falls and it's uphill all the way back. Circuit took 2 hours but we loved it. No wheel chair access. the steps start even before the picnic ground. If you want... More

We had a very pleasant walk through this beautiful area in Maleny. The trail is very well-kept and signalled. Yes, there is definitely an element of effort as there are many steps up and down the trail. The falls and rock pool are excellent for a stop to take in the views and rest before continuing. Recommended!

A fantastic sight of a meandering stream to rock pools then onto the main waterfall while walking down many steps. Once at the bottom there is even a rock pool to swim in!. After your swim you can then have a relaxed walk through the forest. The track goes through different types of undergrowth eventually emerging from the starting point... More

This was an easy hike, but so beautiful and . There were few people around so we were able to hear birds and the falls from a distance

I first visited Kondalilla Falls some 30 years ago with friends. It was a typical hot, unbearably humid Summer's day in January, but we were young, so we hardly noticed the trek down to the rock pool and waterfall and back. This time, my knees and I, we noticed. But it was a sparkling Winter's day and the rock pool... More

Due to the time of the year the falls didn't have much water but it still was very calming. The trees in the park were amazing. Some were enormous. Some of them must be very old. The walk to the top of the falls takes just over an hour round trip. I found the stairs a bit wearing.

Wonderful rainforest walks, lovely big waterfall and swimming hole for those hot days. Longer walks too for keen bush walkers.

This is a terrific walk on the Sunshine Coast. We spent a week in the area doing a variety of 5-12 km walks, and this was about the best. The falls weren't too flowing, but the forest was just lovely and there were beautiful views from a range of lookouts.
