Very hot day , quite a steep climb back up ...the dip in the cold water at the bottom was very welcome!

The walk is absolutely beautiful through natural bush setting. The falls a perfect place to meditate.

It is about 98km from Brisbane CBD along Bruce Highway and Steve Irwin Way From the car park it's about 1km walk downhill to get to the plunge pool where you can have a picnic and swim, this pool is at the top of the falls. Then there is another steep walk (about 1.5 km) to the bottom of the... More

This is a beautiful park with well appointed paths. We didn't make it to the falls because we only had about 2 hours and you need about 2.5. We did reach the rock pools where a few people were in the water. It appeared to be quite cold there so we didn't go in. There a places to have a... More

Make the effort - its well worth it! Beautiful bush walk to view the tip of the falls. If you want a longer harder walk head down to the bottom of the falls - but its a hike back up. Make sure you take water and head off at a reasonable time if your doing the longer walk. Great picnic... More

Used to live in the sunshine coast and visited Kondalilla falls on many occasion! A good stroll from the car park but nothing that will over exert you in the heat! Nice to soak in on a hot summers day, with beautiful views over the valley! Well worth the stop if passing by. Also great during the wet season to... More

The park is beautifully appointed and the walk to the falls is awesome but not for the faint hearted. There are 100's of steps to the bottom of the falls and it's uphill all the way back. Circuit took 2 hours but we loved it. No wheel chair access. the steps start even before the picnic ground. If you want... More

We had a very pleasant walk through this beautiful area in Maleny. The trail is very well-kept and signalled. Yes, there is definitely an element of effort as there are many steps up and down the trail. The falls and rock pool are excellent for a stop to take in the views and rest before continuing. Recommended!

A fantastic sight of a meandering stream to rock pools then onto the main waterfall while walking down many steps. Once at the bottom there is even a rock pool to swim in!. After your swim you can then have a relaxed walk through the forest. The track goes through different types of undergrowth eventually emerging from the starting point... More

This was an easy hike, but so beautiful and . There were few people around so we were able to hear birds and the falls from a distance
