We went on the aquaduck with Robbo as our host. He was a little Steve Irwin-ish and a bit of a laugh. I thought that... More

We showed up when this park opened and were literally the only two people in the park. We waited for a tour with a guide who showed us around the animal area. For $15/per person we took the tour, fed kangaroos, and then had free run of the place. The animal area is only about the size of a soccer... More

We saw an Aboriginie dance show, and then they showed us how to play the didgeridoo, and how to throw a boomerang. The ride in the Army duck vehicle was really interesting as the driver explained about all the plants and insects in the rainforest. More

My 11 year old daughter and I arrived in Cairns in the morning, rented a car, then drove to Rainforestation for the morning, and Hartley's for the afternoon (separate review). We liked Rainforestation. A little commercial, but good. We started with a walking tour of the animal area, and saw awake koalas and my daughter fed the wallabies. We did... More

Had several problems booking my tour, tried to book it on the homepage (http://www.rainforest.com.au) but did not work (probably my computer, as my fiends had no problems what so ever regarding booking), spook with a lady on the phone who help me but hang up on me as soon as I said ill try to book again, very rude and... We’re sorry to hear that you had some difficulty booking your visit to Rainforestation Nature Park. Our reservations staff are well-trained in customer service, so it would be more likely that there was a problem with the phone line rather than them being rude and hanging up on you. Nevertheless we will look into this and identify whether more customer... More

The travel was wonderful. The "village" disappointing tourist trap except for what is billed as the Historical Market with a wonderful vegetarian restaurant tucked down away from the traffic. More
