If you want an authentic rainforest experience, including sampling some of the local 'bushtucker', swimming in a remote watering-hole and learning about some of the amazing flora and fauna then Pete's your man! We had a great day with Pete and were constantly entertained and informed by his stories, anecdotes and antics. He has a real passion for the rainforest... More

I had been to the Rainforest before with another operator but wanted to show my family who had never been. I chose Pete because he looked as if he could offer something different. Well, all I can say is he over delivered. Pete is a charming and wise sage of the forest. His life experiences all add up to make... More

We had a great time with Pete and would highly recommend this trip to the Daintree rainforest and cape tribulation in his 4WD. You go a little off the beaten track of the standard trips and Pete is very knowledgable and really good company. The walk in the rainforest is awesome, the foods that Pete gets you to try is... Our family loved this tour of the Daintree rainforest. Pete is one of the most interesting, knowledgeable, and friendly people I have ever met. Its been a few years since we met Pete and took his tour. Glad to see he is still doing well. More

There is nothing but good to say about Pete's guided tour! Pete is full of information about anything you can point to in the forest. We were unable to catch him off guard, and we tried :) I am a science teacher, and no matter how deeply I delved into the details with Pete he was knowledgeable and able to... More

My parents and I went on a trip with Pete in September 2011. Starting from Port Douglas, we enjoyed a half-day tour through the rainforest. What was so special about Pete's tour was that it was not only educating and fun but it was also so full of unexpected little things that will always distinguish his tour from any other... More

This is an outstanding way to spend a day. Pete is incredibly knowledgeable, a lot of fun, and serves a heck of a good lunch! We've been in rainforests before, but never learned as much as we did with Pete. Be ready to try some new things, too, as you walk in the rainforest. We even saw a cassowary. This... More

First off, if you want to see all the tourists traps this is not for you! Pete is an icredible guide with a wealth of knowledge and experience that would have Crocodile Dundee amazed! My adventure started up with a last minute email after an extremely high recommendation from a friend that tour a tour with him. The next day... More

Our day was Pete was fantastic- he has to be one of the most fascinating, friendly and knowledgable people I have ever met- someone should write a book on his life. He is somewhat of a cross between Peekay (think Power of One) and Bear Grylls. I have a new found appreciation of all things relating to nature- right down... More

Personal tour with no more than four on each tour. Great value for money. Educational and fun! Tour guide and host for the day was Pete - energetic, friendly, interesting and extremely knowledgeable. Pete could tell you everything about the rainforst in an easy-to-listen to entertaining way, from how to lick the rear end of a green-back ant for an... More
